Erika Girardi Asked To Return The $750,000 Earrings She Received From Her Estranged Husband Tom Girardi

Amidst the ongoing divorce proceedings, Erika Girardi is being dragged to Tom Girardi's pending case as she was asked to turn over a set of diamond earrings worth $750,000 as the bankruptcy trustee continues to investigate her former husband. The trustee claims that Tom Girardi had purchased the said earrings in 2007 using the money from a client's trust account with his firm, Girardi Keese.

The said jewelry purchase was written off as an expense against the client's account. According to the newly acquired court documents obtained by People, which were filed on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, Tom reportedly used his client's funds to buy the jewelry he gifted Erika. The trustee is now requesting the return of the expensive earrings and be sold to pay off Tom's creditors.

The lawyer of the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star stated that Erika she did not know about the said claims and she was gifted innocently with stunning $750,000 earrings by her former husband Tom. Erika filed for divorce from Tom last November 2020 after about 20 years of being together. The couple’s split was a surprise for everyone but the events which followed their separation made everyone believe that Erika Jayne’s life is far from being perfect which was what she portrayed on TV. However, after more than a year of being separated from her husband, she was still being grilled about her ex are alleged suspicious activities involving his firm.

The lawyer of Erika, Evan C. Borges, released a statement to People, claiming that they are indeed disturbed by the amount of people jumping into conclusions against his client, Erika. The lawyer claims that she is innocent and others are just trying to blame her for their own actions. He added that if the law ever matters, the motion of the trustee is definitely out of bounds. The claims of the trustee are based on an incomplete hearsay which was used as evidence and filed with the motion. Borges believes that the trustee has baseless claims on the gift which Erika received 15 years ago from her former husband which was extraordinarily wealthy husband during that time.

It was reported that the reality star is now frustrated that she is yet again being falsely accused of something that she did not do. She has been wearing the said jewelry on the show so it is not like no one knew about its existence. The legal team of Erika has already filed a response to the claims of the trustee last Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

Interview with Alex Katouzian, Qualcomm SVP: Talking Snapdragon, Microsoft, Nuvia, and Discrete Graphics

Two driving forces are driving the current technology market: insatiable demand for hardware, and the supply chain shortages making it difficult to produce enough in quantity to fulfil every order. Even with these two forces in action, companies have to push and develop next generation technologies, as no competitor wants to sit on their laurels. That includes Qualcomm, and as part of the Tech Summit in late 2021, I sat down with Alex Katouzian, Qualcomm’s GM of Mobile, Compute, and Infrastructure to talk about the issues faced in 2021, the outlook for 2022, where the relationships lie, and where innovation is headed when it comes to smartphone and PC.

This jewelry piece not only represents a brand but the hard work DJ Khaled has put into creating a successful record label called We The Best. The chain has a diamond, and yellow gold encrusted We The Best logo that Khaled is often sporting when promoting his company or the artists who work for him. He usually posts the chain’s snap on social media to motivate others to be their best self.

A watch that costs more than a home, DJ Khaled splashed out a whopping $300,000 on a custom Patek Philippe watch that is encrusted with diamond baguettes, as noted by GQ. 3 Rolex Day-Date Platinum With Arabic Numerals

Costing $117,500, the Rolex Day-Date Platinum watch was custom-made with Arabic numerals to commemorate his Arabic roots. The hour markers have Arabic hour numbers along with a 40 mm case that looks unique on the wrist. Khaled had the watch customized with diamonds from Pristine Jewelers.

2 Rolex President Day-Date Gold Diamond Watch

While the watch was once seen on the wrists of only Presidents and diplomats, the Rolex President Day-Date watch in yellow gold has become a popular choice for artists and athletes. Khaled owns two timepieces made from 18-carat gold, and the bezel and dial are manufactured in the original Rolex factory while the diamond bracelet remains customized.

1 Pristine Diamond-Encrusted Watch

In November 2021, DJ Khaled added another diamond watch to his collection when his friend Drake gifted him an ice-out Diamond-Encrusted watch designed by Pristine Jewelers, as reported by Hype Beast. Kanye West Drops $400,000 On A Luxury Mercedes Minivan

Kanye West is proof that minivans can be cool, after the rapper was seen driving around in a custom, luxury Mercedes Benz van.

The new ride – which cost him a reported $400,000 – is one-of-a-kind thanks to the extensive customizations Kanye made to it. TMZ reports that the minivan features swivel seats, tray tables, studio-worthy custom speakers, and multiple large TVs.

RELATED: Chris Martin Sells Malibu Home, Buys Another For $14 Million

The outlet notes that there’s only one place to buy such an exclusive minivan – Wires Only in L.A., an automotive, entertainment, and aviation company founded by R.D. Whittington. The company specializes in creating custom transportation, often for celebrity clients.

Kanye is no stranger to luxury cars, as he has quite the collection to his name already. He’s been seen driving a number of Lamborghinis, including a Gallardo, Aventador, and Urus. In addition, the musician owns a Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin DBS, Porsche Panamera Turbo, and a Porsche 991 Carrera.

His new minivan isn’t his only Mercedes Benz, as he also has an SLR McLaren and a SLR McLaren Stirling Moss, which sells for at least $1 million.

While Kanye’s decision to invest in a luxury minivan may seem out-of-character given his love for small supercars, it could be part of his effort to focus more on his children.

Since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, the rapper has been vocal about his children being his priority. Kanye made headlines earlier this year when he bought a house across from the mansion he used to share with Kim in order to be closer to their four kids -- North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

The Hidden Hills property cost the rapper $4.5 million, though he reportedly paid $400,000 over the asking price. Sources said he bought the home primarily for its location and has plans to tear down the existing home in order to renovate.

The existing structure is over 3,600 square feet and features a two-car garage, outdoor pool, and three-stall barn.

Kanye references the purchase on his new song ‘Eazy,’ where he raps, “What you think the point of really bein' rich for?”

In the same song, Kanye goes on to criticize Kim’s parenting, accusing her of relying on nannies and camera crews to watch their children. He also references Kim’s new boyfriend, Saturday Night Live’s Pete Davidson, saying that he survived his 2002 car crash “just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass.”

Kim and Kanye’s divorce is ongoing, though both have requested joint custody of their children. Kim also filed paperwork to be declared legally single last December, as they continue to divide their financial assets.

Rihanna Donates $15 Million To Fight Climate Justice

Rihanna may have made it to the official billionaire status back in August 2021, but that doesn't mean she doesn't care about humanitarian issues. With the launching of her Fenty Beauty makeup brand, her Savage X Fenty lingerie brand, as well as her own perfume brand, Reb'l Fleur, she can afford to have a few extra million laying around for a just cause. At least fans can appreciate the fact that she isn't spending her fortunes solely on ostentatious mansions, although it must be noted that she already has quite a few properties to her name.

According to Sky News, the Barbados superstar will be donating $15 million to fighting for climate justice. The report claims that the donation will be dispersed among 18 different climate justice organizations doing work across seven Caribbean nations as well as the United States.

The Rude Boy singer made the generous donation possible through her Clara Lionel Foundation, which she named after her grandparents. A few of these organizations include the Climate Justice Alliance, the Indigenous Environmental Network, Earthjustice, and the Climate Action Network. The grants will also be focused on aiding communities with leaders deemed to be most at risk, such as feminist groups, LGBTQ, black, or indigenous leaders.

RELATED: 10 Luxurious Mansions Rihanna Has Once Called Home

Reading from an article taken from USA Today, Rihanna stated, "Climate disasters, which are growing in frequency and intensity, do not impact all communities equally, with communities of color and island nations facing the brunt of climate change.” Rihanna, who is herself from the eastern Caribbean island of Barbados, knows all too well the effects of volatile weather, being that the country was directly impacted by Hurricane Elsa in September 2021 which caused considerable damage.

This donation is just one of many philanthropic initiatives taken by the entrepreneurial musician who has also given to the corona-virus relief efforts in addition to marching in an anti-Asian hate protest back in April 2021. But her philanthropy doesn't stop there. One year earlier in April 2020, her Clara Lionel Foundation teamed up with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to donate $4.2 million to residents in Los Angeles who were victims of domestic violence during the pandemic. That same year, her Covid-relief grant even matched that of Jay-Z's Shawn Carter Foundation. That can be expected from the world's wealthiest female musician.

Among other rich and famous celebrities and personalities who have willingly contributed their finances to the cause of climate change, we have Leonardo DiCaprio, Prince Harry, Prince William, Greta Thunberg, Jaden Smith, and Ellen DeGeneres.

The Australian rapper, 31, has advertised a 5,228-square-foot property with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a two-story guesthouse with a bathroom and bedroom. The artist, whose actual name is Amethyst Kelly, paid $5.2 million for the property in June of last year and was involved in a confrontation with a neighbor who protested about the renovation work's scope. Iggy paid $5.2 million for the mansion in June of last year. The house, completed in 1963, is on a 1.06-acre site in a gated neighborhood.

After seven months of living in, Iggy Azalea sold her mansion for $6.2 million. The artist repurchased the property in June for $5.2 million. The villa is in a gated community with 1.06 acres of land area.

Although Azalea hasn't stated why she opted to relist the house so rapidly, she had repeatedly indicated that she was embroiled in a dispute with a neighbor about repairs she was doing from the beginning. The home, which was listed by Shari Huntington and Tyler Van Patten of Coldwell Banker Realty, has a large kitchen, a double-height living area, and a big loft. The Australian rapper's mansion is 5,228 sq ft, with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a large lagoon area. The home's entryway has wooden doors and a marble patio. The residence's interiors have a rustic vibe to them, with arched and soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and white striped walls. The home's enormous living room features a bent couch and a newly refurbished fireplace, most likely the product of Iggy's recent construction work. The upper portion of the house has an exercise machine and a hardwood slatted floor for comfort. A two-story guesthouse with a bedroom and bathroom is included with the estate. The kitchen has an island, a hardwood ceiling with beams, and a white tiled floor. According to Opera News, the rapper's house is furnished with vibrant paintings on the walls and plants.

As per the ad, the baths and wardrobes have been rebuilt, and the fireplace has indeed been rebuilt. The property's rear is surrounded by a marble patio and lawn and a lagoon-style pool house and spa area. The residence has a driveway that can accommodate up to four automobiles. A kitchen on the home includes a marble washstand, a hardwood base, and wooden floors. With white curtains, a room in the house allows for lots of natural light. A workout bike and a hardwood paneled floor can be found in the home's upper section. The musician's home is outfitted with a Sonos sound system in both the interior and outdoors. According to Daily Mail, Azalea has also obtained permission for prospective purchasers to 'expand and rebuild its front exterior of the home and internal entry, including the building of the front veranda, complete hardscape redesign of entrance and motor court.

Several celebrities live in Hidden Hills, including Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Drake, and Madonna, among many others.

Idris Elba Becomes The New 'Fan Favorite' For Portraying James Bond Following Daniel Craig's Retirement

Over the course of many decades, the MI6 agent in James Bond: 007 has changed actors as much as the franchise has changed filming locations. But this is exactly the kind of thing that keeps fans interested and in suspense over who will be next in line to fill the shoes of the elusive British spy.

Although Daniel Craig's official departure from the James Bond franchise was seen clearly at the end of No Time To Die released in 2021, where the final scene of him being obliterated by bombs marked the end of his role in 007, he actually planned to leave after Spectre in 2015. In an interview with USA Today, Craig expressed his eagerness to leave the James Bond movie series, stating he would rather "slit my wrists" than return for another installment. Ultimately, he was convinced back to the big screen for his fifth and final run as the superspy.

Since then, the hunt has been on for another actor with the perfect blend of grit, charm, seduction, and killer instinct. Sourced from TMZ, two key producers to the James Bond movie franchise, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, have been searching for a potential successor, and Idris Elba's name was one of the prominent candidates.

RELATED: Next James Bond: Tom Hardy, James Norton & Idris Elba Are Top Three Betting Favorites

Fans have been requesting Elba, and it seems their cries are finally being heard. Back in 2020, a long list of high-profile actors was mentioned as possible replacements, with the top three being The Revenant's Tom Hardy, James Norton, and Idris Elba. Sam Heughan from Outlander has also expressed his interest in being cast as the next MI6 agent, stating that he once auditioned for the part. But the fans know what they want, and it's Idris!

When Brocolli and Wilson were asked on a broadcast about any behind-the-scenes discussions with Elba in regards to taking up the mantle of Bond. After all, he is a native of the Borough of Hackney in London, U.K., so he will feel right at home as a British spy. Broccoli assured fans that she and Elba are friends and that she pitched the idea to him already. However, without giving a concrete statement, she deflected, saying that they wanted Daniel Craig to enjoy his farewell before disclosing any names.

As expected, skeptics argued that at 49, Idris Elba is too old for the physically demanding role of James Bond. However, they seem to be ignoring the fact that Daniel Craig himself was 53 at the time of filming No Time To Die, and was 48 when he did Spectre in 2015. To add to the fallibility of such ridiculous claims, Elba's role as Broxton Lore in Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw was filmed in 2019, and required a great deal of physicality and intense action. At the time, he was 47-years-old. That being said, he appears to have much more in the tank than people are giving him credit for.

10 Highest-Grossing Oscar Isaac Movies | TheRichest

Oscar Isaac, born March 9, 1979, and hailing from Cuidad de Guatemala in Guatemala, is a versatile actor who has made his presence felt in the Hollywood movie industry with a kaleidoscope of different characters. His acting resume ranges from Saint Joseph in the biblical re-enactment of the Nativity Story to a slew of films from the Star Wars film franchise. Seeking an angle to get his foot into acting, his first screen appearance came in the 1998 crime drama film named Ill Town, starring Michael Rapaport, Tony Danza, and Lili Taylor. Since then, Isaac has been fortunate to be a part of a long line of extremely successful movies. Here are ten of those highest-grossing films by Oscar Isaac.

10 Body Of Lies

Even as one of his earlier films shot in 2008, Oscar Isaac was among the cast of Hollywood's most promising talents at the time. Body of Lies portrays to the audience a sense of elitism in regards to knowledge of the CIA and the underbelly of terrorism and Middle East politics. Isaac starred as Bassam, a translator and ally to Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio) in Iraq. Ferris is an American CIA agent who works as his own independent arm with us CIA handler, Ed Hoffman (Russell Crowe), in the fight against terrorism. Other outstanding actors in the cast were Mark Strong, Golshifteh Farahani, and Michael Gaston. Despite some unrealistic technological weaponry, the film was well-received and grossed $118.5 million at the international box office.

9 The Addams Family

Since the release of the first movie series in 1991, The Addams Family has had a horrifyingly satisfying effect on the audience it has enchanted with its dark comedy. The movie installments released from 1991 to 1993 all did well at the box office, with the first movie grossing the most with $191.5 million. But in 2019, The Addams Family returned with another eerie, mysterious experience, this time an animation. Oscar Isaac played the voice of Gomez Addams, the father of the family and husband of Morticia Addams (Charlie Theron). Their grim adventures lead to the movie grossing $200.6 million at the global box office.

8 The Bourne Legacy

There's only a handful of espionage films that can be compared to James Bond and one of those is the Jason Bourne series. Matt Damon is synonymous with the Bourne Identity like Daniel Craig is synonymous with Casino Royale, but Oscar Isaac also made an appearance in the 2012 release of The Bourne Legacy, starring Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross, or Outcome #5. Isaac's role as Outcome #3 sees him as an assassin, the result of one of Eric Bryer's (Edward Norton) CIA programs. ScreenRant revealed that Isaac was supposed to headline the film, but the lead part was offered to Renner instead, making Isaac an antagonist assassin. The film was a success even without Matt Damon as the lead star, grossing $280 million at the box office.

7 Robin Hood

Russell Crowe never misses a beat when it comes to playing historically legendary roles, such as he did in Spartacus. In 2010, the rebel with a cause came back in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood, an action/adventure that focuses on the life of Robin Longstride (Russell Crowe) who served as a sharp-shooting archer in the army of King Richard The Lion-Hearted. Following the king's death, Robin and his comrades head to Nottingham where a new ruler, King John (Oscar Isaac) imposes harsh taxes on the common folk. He soon finds himself in a war against corruption that could result in saving the whole of England. Other stars involved were Kevin Durand, Cate Blanchett, and Mark Strong. The film to this classic redemption story grossed $322.4 million at the box office.

6 Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse 3D

Marvel Comic's Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, released in 2018, became the very first animated film in the Spider-Man franchise. This special edition Spider-Man film, produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation, featured more than one twist in a dimension-shifting reality that features more than one Spider-Man character. In this version, a Brooklyn-born teenager with genius-level intelligence named Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) is thrust into a new and exciting responsibility as the new Spider-Man. He is bitten by a radioactive spider while spraying graffiti with his uncle. Jake Johnson also appears as an older version of Peter Parker from another dimension, as does Chris Pine and Nicholas Cage. Oscar Isaac also does a cameo appearance as Miguel O' Hara, or Spider-Man 2099. The film was a nice addition to the Spider-Man universe and grossed $375.6 million at the box office.

5 Dune

There are certain actors that, when paired together, ignite fireworks on the screen. 2021's sci-fi adventure film, Dune, was one that brought together such an array of actors. Besides, anything with Jason Momoa since the release of Aquaman is a guaranteed box office hit. The lead character is Paul Atreides, played by Timothee Chalamet, who represents a young man with a monumental destiny that travels to a volatile planet to safeguard the future of his people. Zendaya is also cast as Chani, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Oscar Isaac as Leto Atreides 1, and Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho. The film grossed $398 million against a $165 million budget.

4 X-Men Apocalypse

The Letter Room star, Oscar Isaac, has had his fair share of experiences behind the setting of films - both the pleasant and euphoric and the nightmarish. The latter seemed to be the appropriate adjective when describing the process he had to endure in becoming the main antagonist, Apocalypse, in X-Men Apocalypse. Released in 2016, the Marvel Entertainment movie production was scolded hard by critics who didn't believe it lived up to the hype, despite having a cast of characters like James McAvoy (Professor X), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), and Nicholas Hoult (Beast). In a 2018 interview with GQ, he explained having to be "encased in glue, latex, and a 40-pound suit" in order to portray the intimidating blue figurine of the supervillain. Nevertheless, the film still grossed over half-a-billion dollars, clocking $542 million at the box office.

3 Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

Star Wars fans the world over gushed at the release of this epic 2019 sci-fi action film. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker marked the third installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy and, again, featured a brilliant ensemble of actors and actresses. Most of the actors reprised their roles from the previous two installments, including Oscar Isaac who starred as Poe Dameron, a fighter pilot for the Resistance going against the First Order. Poe Dameron is one of the lead characters in all three-movie series, which have been the most financially successful movies of his career thus far. However, when asked in 2020 if he would return for another Star Wars installment, his response was laced with doubtful probability, stating that he would prefer to make handcrafted, independent movies. Despite his decision, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker grossed a substantial box office earning of $1.072 billion.

2 Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi

As the battle against The Resistance and the First Order wages on, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) makes an encounter with a young lady that will change his life forever. Rey (Daisy Ridley) of The Resistance is eager to learn the way of The Force, which Skywalker reluctantly agrees to. She also attempts to recruit him to The Resistance, but he denies her request. Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) also engages the First Order in a costly back-and-forth battle. Ultimately, Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) lead the First Order in a brutal attack against The Resistance. Released in 2017, the second installment did slightly better than the third, grossing $1.331 billion at the box office.

1 Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens came about as a sequel to The Return of The Jedi, released in 1983. This is where Oscar Isaac begins his role as Poe Dameron, along with Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and Han Solo (Harrison Ford) as they begin their journey for Skywalker, who is later played by Mark Hamill. Oscar Isaac maintained the role of Poe in one of the most lucrative movie franchises to date, despite being sold by the trilogy's creator, George Lucas, to Disney in 2020. The Force Awakens was released in 2015 and grossed an enormous figure of $2.064 billion at the international box office. But, for Oscar Isaac, independence and freedom of creativity if something money can't buy.

The Brenninkmeijer family is one of the most prominent families in the fashion industry, originating from Europe. Although the family prefers to remain private about their income and personal life, their brand, the 'C&A' is quite famous in the fashion industry. The family has been in the business for generations. Their rich traditions, years of experience, and strong trademark are unique. As a result of prolonged hard work and commitment, the family rules today's fashion industry. Their empire has spread out from fashion and reached new horizons through the years. Each generation has started their own ventures and helped grow the family fortune.

The Brenninkmeijer family has been in the fashion business for generations. Each generation has done its share in keeping the family business intact while growing it. The family prefers to remain private about their riches and personal life and has gone to great lengths to keep it that way.

Clemens and August's ancestors left the family farm and started selling linen as traveling merchants. Clemens and August Brenninkmeijer were apprenticed to learn their trade in Mettingen in the early 1830s. The brothers opened a small textile firm C&A Brenninkmeijer in the small town of Sneek in 1841 with a loan from their father. Until the first store opened in 1860, both of them lived above the stock room and took their quality, ready-to-wear clothing from farm to farm. The Dutch retailer C&A Brenninkmeijer had ten stores in the Netherlands by 1910.

The company has always put the customer first, offering the most competitive prices for the best quality clothing. C&A has a wide range of products, from merchandise-high fashion items to the basics that meet the customers' many different needs and tastes. The family is committed to a simple ethic which is to contribute to the well-being of the customers, staff, suppliers, and partners by observing standards of behavior that respect the individual and collective interest. This approach is named 'the C&A formula'. It has served the C&A group and its companies since it started over 150 years ago.

Besides the textile dealership, C&A has branched into several other businesses in the 1990s, including real estate, private equity, and financial services to the area of family assets. The Cofra Holding AG is headquartered in Switzerland and has handled all activities under its supervision since 2001. The textile trade includes only one-third of the company and employs 50,000 people.

The shares in the company are not inherited and hence cannot be sold. The right to buy shares only gets who holds one of the top jobs. These will be returned at age 65 to the current value. Management positions are abandoned at 55 years of age. Voting rights are distributed equally among the partners, regardless of the number of shares. Anyone wishing to leave the company must submit to and is in danger of falling out of favor with the rest of the family. Also, they should not return to the company under any circumstances. Although a secret, the Brenninkmeijer fortune is estimated to be upwards of at least $10 billion.

C&A identified new national markets to establish its stores in the 1990s. The company reached Portugal in 1991, opening five more stores through the decade. In 1995, C&A tried to enter Denmark. They had to face the Scandinavian giant H&M, limiting their success. The company reached South America, opening the first five stores in 1996. They pledged $200 million there. In 1998, C&A reached the Irish market. In the meantime, the company also faced tremendous pressure from the UK market. Upcoming brands like Marks & Spencer, New Look, Next, and other fashionable retailers proved to be tough competition, and the company exited the UK in the early 2000s. Their last store closed in January 2001.

C&A turned its attention towards building a name in new markets. The company invested in Mexico, opening two stores in 1999 and hinting towards opening as many as 30 stores by 2009. Further, C&A was interested in the growing economies of East European countries. C&A opened the first store in the Czech Republic in 1999. The Brenninkmeijer family showed little interest in changing the company's private status entering the 21st century as an internationally operating company. Despite growing openness, C&A is wholly controlled by the Brenninkmeijer family.

The Brenninkmeijer family built the C&A brand through years of hard work and determination. The fashion house possesses a rich heritage and traditions that have been handed down from generation to generation. Each generation has had its share of additions to the company. Today, the family's net worth is north of at least $10 billion.

Tina Turner And Husband Erwin Bach Buy A $76M Swiss Estate

Tina Turner left the USA decades ago after she started seeing Erwin Bach, her lifelong love and now-husband. She married Erwin in 2013 following years of residing abroad and even abandoned her US citizenship. The pair paid $76 million for just a 10-building riverfront estate facing Lake Zürich in September, in their recent effort to extend their holdings in Switzerland, where they often live full-time. Tennis player Roger Federer explored purchasing the estate before choosing a bigger place in the very same Staefa Village community outside Zürich. The 82-year-old singer's husband, a German native, stated in an interview that the relocation was done after they both received Swiss citizenship.

After years of bliss together, Tina Turner and Erwin Bach invested $75 million in a ten-building estate overlooking Lake Zurich. After they both attained their Swiss nationality, the relocation was completed after Tina abandoned her US citizenship.

In an interview, Bach claimed they feel at ease living in Switzerland. Unfortunately, like any other native Swiss citizen, they cannot travel anywhere due to the pandemic and its effects. Bach went ahead and also claimed they plan to use the 240,000-square-foot estate as a brand new weekend refuge in the direct proximity. On the shores of Lake Zürich, the millennium, 260,000-square-foot property boasts its river, lake, and pier. A secluded pond, stream, pool house, and boat dock are among the estate's features. For generations, the two rented a place near Kuesnacht, far outside Zürich, named Chateau Algonquin, before they were granted Swiss citizenship. Non-residents are still unable to acquire property in Switzerland, according to Swiss law, and anyone wishing to do so faces significant limitations to purchase any property. In an unearthed clip from a 1997 conversation with the legendary Larry King, Turner said that one of the primary reasons she abandoned the United States was because of her status, according to New York Post.

She departed America because her success was in another country, and her boyfriend was from another country, citing the fame of "Private Dancer" in the United Kingdom as a motivator. In general, Europe has always been a huge supporter of her music. Despite having lived all around Europe, she settled in Switzerland, stating to King in the same conversation that her long-term spouse was a big reason for her selection. In a statement to the media, Turner stated that their newly acquired mansion occurred a month before she managed to sell her colossal song archive to German music firm BMG for $50 million. Turner hasn't performed in more than 13 years. Turner had become an unexpected rock icon at the age of 44, following the launch of her fifth album, "Private Dancer," her 1984 solo success, with her distinctive bright sequins, voluminous hair, and loud vocals, according to SK Pop.

Turner received numerous prizes and honors during her solo work, namely eight Grammys, and was elected into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, her second admission after already being honored as part of Ike & Tina Turner.

A Struggling Developer Who Made The Original iBeer App Earned $20,000 A Day At Its Peak

It was the biggest thing on the App Store long before TikTok and Instagram. The simple gimmick did nothing more than imitate a glass of lager, but now the creator of the app is revealing that this parlor trick ended up making him a fortune, and at the peak of its success was bringing in a jaw-dropping $20,000 a day.

The creator of iBeer, a struggling 37-year-old magician by the name of Steve Sheraton, recently sat down with Mel Magazine to reflect on the gag and the story behind its creation, as well as how it helped him achieve financial security.

Sheraton revealed that the faux beer actually predated the App store, initially showing up as a video where users had to time their actions to match the movement of the clip. He uploaded a video demonstrating the project on YouTube where it quickly amassed millions of views.

“I was dead broke, just trying to get by, living on a friend’s couch, and suddenly, the video was getting millions of views, which was a lot in 2007. People were begging me to get this thing on their phones, they didn’t even have a word for the app yet. It was just a little video file that people had to hardwire in and download via iTunes,” he says. “But I probably made around $2,000 a day for the longest time from that.”

Not too long after, Sheraton was approached by Apple, who was scouting for developers to create apps to show off the iPhone’s capabilities. So, he overhauled the project with a newly formed company called Hottrix and utilized the iPhone’s built-in accelerometer, which could track the motion of the phone. The result was a simple and realistic trick that could have only succeeded in the early days of the iPhone.

"The accelerometer is constantly measuring the phone's angle versus the horizon," he explained, "so by tethering the line between the liquid and the foam to the horizon, you can move your phone in any direction and it looks like it's filled with liquid."

Sheraton charged $2.99 for the gimmick and it was an instant success. The magician turned developer said that the app “shot to first place in the app store on the very first day,” he also revealed the app continued to be a success, staying on the top of the charts for almost a year.

Sheraton revealed that during the App’s peak, his team at Hottrix was pulling in $10,000 to $20,000 a day from downloads. Eventually, Sheraton says, the novelty wore off, and by 2010 the app had faded from the top of the App Store charts completely. Sheraton says he left the company for good after this, but not before making enough money to retire.

Kris Jenner Refuses To Marry Corey Gamble To Protect Her $140 Million Net Worth

According to a new report, Kris Jenner has no plans to walk down the aisle with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, in order to protect her impressive net worth of $140 million.

The Central Recorder says that a source recently claimed the momager has little faith a marriage between them would work out due to their big age difference – Kris is 25-years older than her boyfriend. “If Corey eventually wants kids, Kris is much too old to give him a biological child,” they continued.

RELATED: The Lawsuits Against Travis Scott Are Now Worth Over $10 Billion

The same insider added that Kris is aware of their differences in fortune. While Kris has nine figures to her name, Corey is only worth a reported $3 million. She fears he would be entitled to a large sum (or at least try to go after it) should they marry but the relationship come to an end later on.

“There are millions of reasons not to marry,” the anonymous source finished by saying.

Throughout the years, there’s been speculation as well as accusations that Corey is with the businesswoman mainly for her social status and wealth.

Speaking to Daily Mail in 2014, Sheree Buchanan – who dated Corey for three years – accused him of being a social climber and warned Kris he was with her for the benefits. “He’s all about power and money and will do whatever it takes to get it,” she said.

Sheree also alleged Corey was violent with her during their relationship and became “stalkerish” following the break-up. She added that Kris should “sleep with one eye open,” and if they do get married, they should “get a prenup first.”

Corey is a tour manager and music marketing executive. He first met Kris in 2014 when they both attended fashion designer Riccardo Tisci’s birthday party. The following year, Corey started appearing on Keeping up with the Kardashians as Kris’ boyfriend, despite her children’s hesitation.

Last July, a report said that Corey was pressuring Kris to increase his allowance. A source claimed he’s only paid a few thousand dollars per months and it was getting “on his nerves,” Suggest explains. They added the music executive feels upset that Kris is more generous with her children than them.

This isn’t the first time it’s been reported that Kris has no plans to walk down the aisle again – she’s had two unsuccessful marriages, first to attorney Robert Kardashian and then Olympian Caitlyn Jenner (who was then known as Bruce).

In September 2020, sources told The Sun the matriarch will “never get married again” nor even engaged, adding their current relationship “works for her.”

Here's How Camila Cabello's Career Surged After Leaving Fifth Harmony

Young artists and musicians have taken the music industry by storm today, creating unique and new tunes that have enamored this generation's minds. Camila Cabello is one of the artists who has also managed to bring her Cuban heritage to mainstream media. Cabello’s career began after she was rejected from the show X-Factor USA and invited to become a part of Fifty Harmony for the show's second season. The band managed to sell more than half a million copies and topped the Billboard charts during their successful run. In 2016, Cabello decided to leave the band to focus on her career as a solo musician.

Since releasing her debut album Camila in 2018, the singer has seen her career rise astronomically, earning recognition and accolades for her performances as a promising artist. Let’s take a look at how Camila Cabello’s career surged after she left the band Fifth Harmony.

All eyes were on Camila Cabello after the star left Fifth Harmony to concentrate on her solo career. In 2017, she debuted her single Havana that took the world by storm. According to BBC, between 2017 and 2018, the song sold 19 million copies and became the best-selling single of 2018. The song was played 888 million times and streamed 2.6 billion times that year.

Her debut album Camila was released in 2018, opened at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, and made 119,000 units with 65,000 pure sales. Her second album, Romance, was released in December 2019 and debuted at the third position on the Billboard charts with 86,000 album-equivalent units sold.

Since becoming a solo artist and showing her talent and bold and powerful personality, Cabello has caught the eye of several high-end beauty and lifestyle brands. In 2017, she became the face of two important brands, L’Oreal Paris and Skechers. For L’Oreal Paris, Cabello has starred in several advertisement campaigns for product launches such as the Lash Paradise Mascara, Micro Ink Pen Allure, and hair care products.

As mentioned by Billboard, in 2017, the singer joined hands with Skechers for their advertisement campaign via Twitter. She was seen promoting the new line of Skechers Hi-Lites for Fall 2017. She became the brand ambassador for the company, following in the footsteps of Meghan Trainor and Demi Lovato. As a philanthropist, Cabello agreed to the collaboration knowing Skechers has helped children and animals in need through their foundation.

As soon as Cabello began shining as a solo artist, the singer's floodgates for awards and recognition opened. She won the American Music Award for Best New Artist for her debut album. Also, she won the Billboard Women In Music Awards for Breakthrough Artist iHeartRadio Award for Best New International Artist. As noted by IMDB, she was nominated for the BRIT and Grammy Awards. She won four MTV Europe Music Awards in the Best Song, Best Pop, Best Artist, And Best Video categories.

While working with Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello collaborated with several artists. Still, as a solo artist, she had the opportunity to collaborate with singers from different genres rather than sticking to pop music. She joined forces with Shawn Mendes twice with I Know What You Did Last Summer and Senorita. The pair won the MTV Award and Billboard Music Award for Best Collaboration. Their song Senorita was the third best-selling song of 2019, selling 16.1 million units worldwide.

She has collaborated with artists such as Machine Gun Kelly for Bad Things, OMG with Quavo, and Pharell Williams for Sangria Wine. Staying true to her Latin roots, she collaborated with Spanish artists and won Record Of The Year at the Latin Grammys in 2019 for Mi Persona Favorita, as reported by Rolling Stone. She also went on to win Best Pop Song for the same tune along with Alejandro Sanz.

Camila Cabello showed her natural talent for being an actress when she made her big-screen debut as the princess Cinderella in the romance musical Cinderella in 2021. The movie was released in theaters and on-demand on Amazon Prime, making $542.4 million worldwide. The feel-good movie was met with positive reviews and was on the top spot on the most trending movie on Prime. Cabello starred alongside Idina Mezel, Nicholas Galitzine, Billy Porter, Minnie Driver, and Pierce Brosnan. The critics received great reception for its reimagination into a musical and the diverse cast selected to play the lead roles.

Camila Cabello is just getting started with her solo career, from taking a significant risk by leaving the band to establishing herself as an influential artist in the music industry. She had also stepped foot in Hollywood with her movie debut and planned to pursue both careers successfully. She is set to release her third studio album titled Familia in 2022.
