Meet Danielle Lauder, Heiress To Estée Lauder's Multi-Billion-Dollar Empire

Estée Lauder is one of the largest beauty conglomerates in the world, with a market value of close to $90 billion. Among the heirs of the company are Ronald Lauder and American businessman Leonard Lauder. Estée Lauder and her husband established the well-known cosmetics company in New York in 1946. The Lauder has since amassed billions of fortune.

Clinique, Tom Ford Beauty, Bobbi Brown, and many other brands are part of Estée Lauder's portfolio today. Danielle Lauder is one of the great-granddaughters of Estée Lauder. Danielle is an American heiress, fashion designer, and socialite and has spent her entire life at a family-run business. She has developed future plans that involve introducing more product categories and creating a lifestyle brand around them, and she is now prepared to launch her first jewelry line!

William Lauder, the executive chairman of the Estée Lauder Companies, and his wife Karen welcomed Danielle into the world in 1993 in New York. Danielle is the great-granddaughter of the company's founder, Leonard, who is 89 years old and whose mother was Estée. Which of their mansions she grew up in is unclear.

Danielle is from New York, so she might have stayed in the Park Avenue co-op mentioned by Forbes in the property portfolio of her father, which also includes residences in Aspen, Colorado, and Westchester County. Danielle currently resides in Los Angeles. Her parents allegedly divorced in 2010 before her father became involved in a scandal involving a rumored secret love child.

Danielle Lauder's father, chairman of Clinique Laboratories Ronald Lauder reportedly gave his lover $1 million a year to conceal the baby's father, but he was later found out. She grew up in a brand-focused setting as a family business member and had been preparing herself for future leadership roles there since she was young. The young designer began working for her grandmother's business early, holding several positions to gain experience.

Danielle once claimed that Estée Lauder dreamed of being an actress. Even though Danielle's great-grandmother ultimately chose the entrepreneurial path, she seems to have found her niche in the show business. The American Heiress pursued her goals, attended Northwestern University, and graduated.

She made her acting debut in Ride in 2014 and has subsequently been in The Stanford Prison Experiment and The Charnel House. At New York Fashion Week in 2016, Danielle made her modeling debut with Just Drew with Tiffany Trump, Abigail Breslin, and Kyra Kennedy. She admitted to The Daily Northwestern that she felt a buzz after starting to walk down the runway.

The young fashion heiress often snaps pictures with Sofia Richie who dated Scott Disick and is friendly with supermodels Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss, both of whom are Estée Lauder ambassadors. She reportedly enjoys Kylie Cosmetics as well. She thanked Kylie and Kris Jenner for having her in the caption of a post in 2020 that included a goodie bag from Kylie Skin.

Possibly the most recognizable and significant family-owned beauty brand, The Estée Lauder Companies are home to niche brands including Le Labo, Kilian, and Rodin Olio Lusso, and Tom Ford Beauty, Clinique, Jo Malone London, MAC, La Mer, and Bobbi Brown. Danielle is in a perfect position to choose goods that women want since she has access to the greatest in beauty, both professionally and personally. This paved the way for Danielle to strive and have her own name in the fashion industry.

In 2020, Danielle followed her family destiny by launching her makeup brand just like how Lady Gaga built her make up brand, Act IV, by Danielle Lauder. US beauty icon Estée Lauder is expanding its empire by launching a fresh collection created by Danielle Lauder as the company founder's great-grandchild. It was a dream by the beautiful woman, the granddaughter of chairman emeritus, to have the limited-edition makeup range launched via the brand in January and includes seven products. While brand chairpersons have yet to provide further details about the line, they have speculations that the collection will be promoted via select influencer and retailer partnerships, with the collection dubbed Act IV, about Danielle Lauder's heritage and background as a classically trained actress.

Act IV is the ideal fusion of my background in beauty and my passion for acting, said a statement about the launch. She also noted that the collection was inspired by her experiences in Hollywood and offered multidimensional makeup items for every woman to add a touch of glamour to her day. Lauder's most recent endeavor further strengthens her involvement in the renowned legacy of her great-grandmother, which also finds her playing a more significant part in the company's flourishing beauty division.

She expanded her list of credits in 2022 to include The Hater and Tales from Middleton High, and she now has the film Bandwagoners in post-production. The actors Meryl Streep, Laura Linney, Natalie Portman, and Emma Watson are among Danielle's favorites.

Brett Favre Foundation Pledges More Than $130,000 To Southern Mississippi Athletics

American professional gridiron football player Brett Favre, who broke all the major National Football League (NFL) career passing records as quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, pledges more than $130,000.

Brett Favre’s charitable foundation, From 2018-2020 Favre 4 Hope, which has a stated mission to support disadvantaged children and cancer patients, donated more than $130,000 to the University of Southern Mississippi Athletic Foundation during the same years that Favre was working to finance a new volleyball center at the school.

Favre, a Southern Mississippi alumnus, is embroiled in a welfare scandal — extensively reported by nonprofit watchdog Mississippi Today — in which millions of dollars earmarked for people in need were misappropriated. Favre received $1.1 million for speeches he did not make, according to a state auditor report and court documents, and was instrumental in moving more than $5 million in welfare dollars toward the building of the volleyball facility while his daughter was a player on the USM volleyball team. He is among dozens of individuals and organizations being sued by the state. Favre paid back the $1.1 million, though the state says he still owes $228,000 in interest. He has not been charged with wrongdoing and posted on social media that he did not know where the funding for the volleyball facility came from, according to The Athletic.

Favre was soliciting money to build the volleyball facility, his charitable foundation, which received public donations, significantly increased its contributions to USM’s athletic fundraising arm. Tax records show that Favre 4 Hope gave the USM Athletic Foundation $60,000 in 2018, when no other charity received more than $10,000. The next year, it gave $46,817; the next highest gift, to the Special Olympics of Mississippi, was $11,000. In 2020, Favre 4 Hope sent USM’s Athletic Foundation $26,175; no other organization received more than $10,000.

According to the Tax records in 2015, when Favre’s daughter was a volleyball player at Oak Grove High in Hattiesburg, the Favre 4 Hope foundation donated $60,000 to that school’s booster club, the largest grant made by Favre 4 Hope that year. The Oak Grove Booster Club subsequently granted $60,349 to the high school with the stated purpose being: “assist to build athletic facilities.”

While the tax documents don’t disclose any potential conditions Favre 4 Hope may have placed on the grants to the USM Athletic Foundation or the Oak Grove Booster Club, experts were skeptical that those donations aligned with Favre 4 Hope’s stated mission to support “charitable organizations whose focus is to provide support for disadvantaged children” and “nonprofits that provide assistance to breast cancer patients.”

“You can’t say you’re raising money for one purpose and then spend it on something totally different. Charities have an ethical obligation, and in some cases a legal obligation, to fulfill the intentions of its donors in the way funds are spent,” said Laurie Styron, executive director of CharityWatch.

“There’s the letter of the law, there’s the spirit of the law and it’s something where it would probably be tough to make a legal case but it still doesn’t look good,” said Rick Cohen, Chief Operating Officer of the National Council of Nonprofits. “It isn’t unheard of for a nonprofit to expand its mission or change its mission over time if they find they need to redirect. That does not seem to be the case here.”

Favre’s attorney declined to comment as did Favre’s NFL agent, Bus Cook, who is listed as one of Favre 4 Hope’s directors on tax documents. The Athletic attempted to contact six others listed as directors on Favre 4 Hope tax filings. Those individuals either declined to comment or didn’t respond to interview requests.

Favre and his wife, Deanna, started Favre 4 Hope — initially called the Brett L. Favre Foundation — in 1995, his fourth season as Green Bay’s starting quarterback. The Favres directed the foundation’s money to charities such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Green Bay and Gulfport, Miss., and Gaits To Success, an equine therapy program in Favre’s hometown of Kiln, Miss.

They raised money by hosting annual events: golf tournaments, dinners and auctions in Green Bay and a celebrity softball game, which drew a crowd of 8,500 fans in Appleton, Wis. in 2005. In the foundation’s first decade, it donated small amounts to a long list of charities. Forty-four organizations received grants in 2007, including 19 for $5,000 or less. Starting in 2009, the list of charities never topped 14 and the size of the donations grew.

Deanna Favre was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004. A year later, she launched her own charity, the Deanna Favre Hope Foundation. That year, the Appleton Post-Crescent reported she sold 210,000 pink Packers “G” logo baseball hats to raise over $1 million for breast cancer research.

On Jan.1, 2010, the Favres merged their two charities, creating Favre 4 Hope. Deanna’s foundation, which focused on helping underprivileged or uninsured women get preventative breast cancer screenings, added $632,713 to the collective pot, pushing Favre 4 Hope’s revenue to $1,767,864 in 2010. The mission statement of the joint foundation was amended to add Deanna’s cause, breast cancer patients, and to include Minnesota as an area of focus as Favre played his final two NFL seasons (2009-10) for the Vikings.

From 2001 (the first year that the foundation’s tax forms are publicly available) to 2020, Favre 4 Hope gave $5,492,721 in grants, averaging $274,636 in donations per year.

“One of the things I am most proud of about all the things I have been able to achieve is being able to give away so much money and help so many people with Favre 4 Hope,” Favre told the Associated Press in 2020. “Special Olympics, Cystic Fibrosis, Make-A-Wish Foundation, a big chunk of money to the Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, to St. Jude and to Ronald McDonald House.”

By 2019, when Favre 4 Hope donated $46,817 to the USM Athletics Foundation, Favre was also working his contacts at Prevacus, a biotech company in which he was reportedly an early investor, to help advance his construction aim.

“I’ve asked Brett not to do the things he’s doing to seek funding from state agencies and the legislature for the volleyball facility,” Bennett wrote to Bryant in January 2020, according to court filings. “I will see for the ‘umpteenth time’ if we can get him to stand down.

“The bottom line is he personally guaranteed the project, and on his word and handshake we proceeded. It’s time for him to pay up — it really is just that simple.”

“That’s was my thoughts (sic),” Bryant responded. “Maybe he wants the State to pay off his promises. Like all of us I like Brett. He is a legend but he has to understand what a pledge means. I have tried many time(s) to explain that to him.”

Inside Red Sea Project: The $5 Billion Saudi Desert Megaresort

Often touted as the world’s most ambitious regenerative project, The Red Sea project aims to be a luxury resort destination for travelers. It sets new standards for sustainable development. It combines tourism and hospitality by showcasing what nature can offer which is far from tons of tourism scams across the world.  The project ensures that the environment won’t get destroyed because of the project.

The Red Sea Project features mountain canyons, dormant volcanoes, and ancient heritage sites as areas that travelers can visit. The resort boasts that it offers visitors the highest quality of accommodation and services, unrivaled by any other resort in the world.

The developers hope that it will bring about a new generation of travelers – one that could cement the reputation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the standard to achieve when it comes to luxury travel. But what exactly is The Red Sea Project, and why is it important to notice? Keep on reading to find out.

RELATED: This Is What Makes Poseidon Underwater Resort One Of The Most Expensive Hotels In The World

So far, The Red Sea Project is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious luxury travel destination. It is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 program, a strategic framework that aims to reduce Saudi Arabia’s dependence on oil and hopefully diversify its economy.

Prince Mohammad bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, announced the project in July 2017, claiming that The Red Sea Project focuses on combining luxury and ecotourism to attract travelers from all across the globe. The venture is projected to increase Saudi Arabia’s GDP by $5.86 billion each year upon its completion.

It is easy to see why the numbers would rise to the billions because The Red Sea Project covers over 28,000 km2 of islands, beaches, a desert, and mountains, and even offers dormant volcanoes as a tourist destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Phase one of its construction is set to finish soon, with over 3,000 hotel rooms constructed alongside the Red Sea International Airport, a marina, and several recreational centers.

Not only that, but the developers project that the luxury resort would attract over a million visitors every year. The project started its construction on Tabuk province’s shores of the Red Sea, in particular, it sits between the cities of Umluj and Al-Wajh.

Over ninety pristine offshore islands can be found between those two cities, which will be part of The Red Sea Project. The ambitious luxury resort costs over $5 billion to make, which is quite a hefty investment for the Crown Prince. However, The Red Sea Project is expected to create more jobs and bring in more money to help Saudi Arabia’s economy.

Phase one of The Red Sea Project is almost complete. The family friendly resort already houses some 10,000 people – almost all were part of or are still working on the luxury resort. The mega project expects to create over 70,000 jobs which would hopefully help those struggling to find work amid the fluctuating global economy.

Phase One of this luxury project includes bringing several brands and hotels on board, such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt, and Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts. Altogether, the high-end portfolios of these hospitality brands will make up for more than 1,700 of the total 3,000 hotel rooms planned for the project.

Since construction is already underway, the developers plan on unveiling the entirety of the project by early 2023. The developers also share that they are working with the world’s leading hospitality brands and hotel operators to ensure the growth of the project and widen the opportunities available for the people working on the project. All of this, of course, takes nature into account and how it will get impacted by The Red Sea Project.

Phase one of the mega project also introduces a luxury marina, an 18-hole championship golf course, and an international airport. No need to avail the luxury lounges of airport across the world since you can directly enjoy lavish amenities at the megaresort. Upon its completion, the entire project will have a total of 50 resorts that offer up to 8,000 hotel rooms, and more than 1,000 residential properties sprawled across 22 islands and six inland sites. Now that is a lot to handle, but it seems that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to making this project happen.

In line with the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 program, the Red Sea Project’s developers are committed to making this luxury resort a sustainable tourist destination. The developers are keen to combine luxury travel with regenerative tourism development, ensuring that the project won’t impact the environment negatively.

The Red Sea Project will factor in global sustainability standards and assures its visitors that the resort will be committed to protecting, preserving, and enhancing the natural environment surrounding it. The developers state that they are uncompromising on this factor, from the planning to construction, and management, they planned that The Red Sea Project will always consider the ecosystem of the area.

Hence, several policies have been developed and adhered to, namely, 1.) There can be no waste-to-landfill areas; 2.) No discharges will be brought out to sea; 3.) No use of single plastic anywhere on the premises, and; 4.) The resort will work to achieve 100% carbon neutrality.

Despite their best efforts, the project still raises some concerns over its water consumption. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia consumes about four times the water most countries need, and while the water consumed is naturally renewed, the mega project is expected to use 56,000 cubic meters of water each day. Nevertheless, The Red Sea Project’s developers have tried to settle down these concerns by pledging to contribute a 30% net conservation benefit to the area by 2040.

The Rock's Diet: Here's How Much Dwayne Johnson Spends On His Nutrition Every Year

Dwayne Johnson was a promising athlete from a young age and received a football scholarship right out of college at the University of Miami. Being a part of the Hurricane team, he went on to win the National Championships before suffering injuries that lost him the chance to join the NFL. After playing in the Canadian Football League, Dwayne decided to pursue wrestling, similar to his grandfather and father, who were retired professional wrestlers. His career improved as he became a nine-time World Heavyweight Champion between 1996 and 2004, adopting The Rock persona. He made his debut in Hollywood in 2002 with Scorpion King and has become one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood.

Through his work in television, movies, production, and his lucrative Teramana Tequila venture, Dwayne Johnson has amassed an $800 million fortune. As a former athlete and an action star, The Rock ensures that he is in his best shape for any role, adding and decreasing a few pounds as the role demands. Let’s take a peek at Dwayne Johnson’s annual diet expenses.

For a man with a large and buff frame, Dwayne Johnson must train daily and spend quality hours at the gym. Johnson’s workout facility is not ordinary either, as it has top-of-the-line workout equipment and is a gym on wheels. Called the Iron Paradise, it comes with various training stations and types of equipment from multiple brands. Johnson has dumbbells from Iron Grip, a commercial Smith machine, and machines from StarTrac and Hammer Strength. His main gym is a part of his Los Angeles-based home. He also carries the gym to his movie set locations.

Each role by Dwayne Johnson has required the actor to have a particular body strength to perform physical stunts and action sequences. Johnson had a different workout for every character, from his role in Jumanji to getting jacked for Baywatch. According to Men’s Journal, for his Jumanji role, he exercised classic bodybuilding routines that hit every musical group. Additionally, he also uses cable pulls for an added strength-building workout.

The Rock has maintained a similar diet for the last decade, but he does make changes to his intake if the role demands it. For his role as Hobbs in the Fast Saga, the actor put on 22 pounds of muscle to play a former DSS Agent. Along with training twice daily, Dwayne Johnson eats six to seven meals daily. His food focuses on seafood like cod and salmon, with a total consumption of 6,000 to 8,000 calories daily, as Men’s Health noted. The consumption includes 52 ounces of cod, 12 ounces of sweet potatoes, two cups of oatmeal, two cups of white rice, and various starches.

While an average person in his mid-40s would consume around 2,500 calories daily, Johnson has three times more consumption. As mentioned by Bleacher Report, a man who tried to consume a similar diet as The Rock spent $1,262 monthly on his food which is $15,144 for a year. Due to his heavy consumption of cod, more than half of his daily $42 diet is spent on seafood. For his role in the 2014 movie Hercules, he followed a 22-week diet that included baked potatoes, chicken, filet mignon, asparagus, cream of rice, broccoli, oatmeal, and eggs.

Workouts and diets are important but cheat meals are equally important. Through his social media, fans get an active update about The Rock’s cheat meals and heavy sugar consumption on a rare night of the week. As his diet focuses on a balance of carbohydrates and proteins, his cheat meals are far from his healthy meals. Some of his most notable cheat meals include a tableful of sushi and heaps of maple-drizzled pancakes. After finishing his training for Central Intelligence, Johnson enjoyed his cheat meal with cinnamon buns and peanut butter brownies, as stated by Go Banking Rates.

His other go-to cheat meal favorites are cheeseburgers with fries, coffee cake, cookies, and multiple double-dough pizzas. He tops off his meals with a cold glass of Termana Tequila to relax after a long week. While this sugar and salt intake might seem daunting and dangerous, each meal is approved by his physician George Farah, who is behind Johnson’s physique and unwaveringly rigid diet.

The Rock gives his 100% to his career and ensures enough attention is given to his physique. He had an equally challenging workout at the gym while preparing for his role as Black Adam in his upcoming project hitting the theaters in October 2022. With his calorie intake and exercise regime, it is not easy being Dwayne Johnson.

R. Kelly Will Pay More Than $300,000 For Therapy And Herpes Treatment To Sex Crimes Victims

On September 12, A federal jury in Chicago convicted R. Kelly of producing child pornography and enticing girls for sex after a monthlong trial in his hometown, delivering another legal blow to the Grammy Award-winning singer who was once one of the world’s biggest R&B stars.

Prosecutors won convictions on six of the 13 counts against him, with many of the convictions carrying long mandatory sentences. But the government lost the marquee count — that Kelly and his then-business manager successfully rigged his state child pornography trial in 2008, according to ABC News.

Both of his co-defendants, including longtime business manager Derrel McDavid — who had told jurors that testimony from four Kelly accusers had led him to change his mind about Kelly's believability — were acquitted of all charges.

The trial was, in ways, a do-over of Kelly's 2008 child pornography trial, with a key video critical to both. Kelly, who shed tears of joy when jurors acquitted him in 2008, gave a thumbs-up sign to spectators after Wednesday's verdict but otherwise showed little emotion.

Before Kelly was returned to federal lockup, McDavid hugged Kelly, who rose from poverty on Chicago’s South Side to become a superstar.

The verdict comes months after a federal judge in New York sentenced Kelly to 30 years in prison in June for racketeering and sex trafficking. Based on that sentence, the 55-year-old won’t be eligible for release until he is around 80.

And two sexual misconduct trials still await Kelly — one in Minnesota and one in state court in Chicago.

After deliberating for 11 hours over two days, jurors convicted Kelly of three counts each of producing child pornography and enticement, while acquitting him of obstruction of justice, one count of production of child porn and three counts of receiving child porn.

Earlier this week, R. Kelly, the multiplatinum R&B singer convicted twice this year of sex crimes, will be required to pay at least $300,000 in restitution to some of his victims, a federal judge said on Wednesday.

The money will compensate two women, known as Jane and Stephanie, for the costs of therapy and herpes treatment, U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly said at a hearing in Brooklyn, according to NBC News, That figure is likely to rise after prosecutors recalculate the cost of medication for Stephanie.

A 3rd victim, "Sonja," was denied restitution. So, at this point, it looks like Kelly will be on the hook for hundreds of thousands and possibly more.

Kelly attended the hearing via Zoom from a federal prison in Chicago.

Donnelly sentenced Kelly in June to 30 years in prison, after a jury convicted him of racketeering and other charges.

Prosecutors said the 55-year-old Kelly exploited his stardom and wealth over more than two decades to lure women and underage girls into his orbit for sex.

The month-long trial amplified accusations that had dogged the singer of the Grammy-winning hit “I Believe I Can Fly.”

Kelly was also convicted last month in Chicago on separate charges of child pornography and luring underage girls for sex.

He is awaiting sentencing in that case, and also faces various state charges in Illinois and Minnesota.

Jared Goff Lists His Hidden Hills, L.A California Mansion For $6.4 Million

American football quarterback for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL) Jared Goff Sells His California Mansion for $6.4 Million.

A couple of years after the Los Angeles Rams selected Jared Goff as the No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL draft, the quarterback plunked down just over $4 million for a mansion in the affluent guard-gated Hidden Hills neighborhood. Subsequently, a blockbuster trade saw Goff go to Detroit Lions in exchange for their quarterback, Matthew Stafford. So, the 27-year-old football star has unsurprisingly proceeded to lighten his SoCal property portfolio, according to Dirt.

A California native, Goff spent five seasons with the Rams and led the team to a Super Bowl appearance before he was traded to the Detroit Lions in 2021. During his four-year stay, he touched up the backyard by adding a custom golf chipping pad and putting green.

Records show Goff has now offloaded his contemporary ranch-style residence to a non-famous buyer for $6.4 million, as first reported by the Los Angeles Times. Though that’s around $1 million less than the nearly $7.5 million Goff originally wanted for the estate, it’s still a whopping $2.3 million more than he paid for the place over four years ago, back in May 2018. The California native still maintains a residential foothold in the area, retaining a Hermosa Beach house he bought in 2020 for $5.8 million.

RELATED: Lil Wayne Lists His Modern Miami Mansion For $29 Million

Perched atop a 1.4-acre knoll, and resting on a secluded cul-de-sac, Goff’s just-sold Hidden Hills spread features a main house with four bedrooms and a matching number of baths in a little more than 5,300 square feet of mostly single-level living space. There’s also a detached 1,075-square-foot guesthouse with its own driveway and garage, plus a courtyard warmed by a fire-pit.

Built in the early 1950s, the contemporary stucco and stone-accented structure has since been extensively renovated, complete with open-concept interiors boasting vaulted wood-beam ceilings, clerestory windows and retractable glass doors throughout. Amenities include a private office and a second-story loft, plus a chipping pad and putting green.

Among the other highlights: a formal entry leading to a large living room sporting a fireplace embedded in a wood-clad wall and dining area holding court adjacent to a wet bar. An adjoining gourmet kitchen is outfitted with an eat-in island, top-tier stainless appliances and a walk-in pantry, while the master retreat is decked out with a separate fireside seating area and private patio, as well as a luxe bath equipped with dual vanities, a square-shaped soaking tub and marble shower.

Particularly standing out is the resort-like backyard, which hosts everything from a stone-lined pool and spa with a sundeck, to an expansive covered terrace with an al fresco dining area and a barbecue setup, the aforementioned golf amenities and an attached three-car garage flanked by a spacious motor court.

Although Goff ultimately got less than he was initially asking, he still made a handsome profit from the deal.

The deal and listing was handled by Jordan Cohen.

The 10 Most Expensive Superyachts In The World, As Of 2022

Inside the gilded chambers of a superyacht, the residents can relax in the utmost luxury with help from the staff for anything they could need and even Jeff Bezos own a megayacht. Extravagant features befitting the multibillionaires who own these works of art include several swimming pools, dance floors, cinemas, bars, and lounges. In addition, their owners arrive in luxury using helicopters that land on the boat's deck. Some celebrities own luxury yacht because of these features.

Each yacht is an exquisite work of art, equipped with cutting-edge propulsion systems. Cutting through the water at incredible speeds, their passengers experience not even the slightest pain. The boats' high prices are justified by the superior quality of the materials used in their construction. Here are the most expensive yachts in the world.

RELATED: The $4.8 Billion Vessel: Here's What Makes History Supreme The Most Expensive Yacht In The World

10 Pelorus – $300 million

Pelorus is in a league of its own. It was constructed by Lürssen in 2003 and is one of the world's largest yachts. The current owner, Hong Kong real estate mogul Samuel Tak Lee, paid an undisclosed member of the UAE royal family a cool $1 billion for the boat. The 115-meter-long ship was named pelorious, from the Greek for large. Terence Disdale was responsible for the interior design, and Tim Heywood did the exterior.

Both of the boat's engines are made by Wärtsilä, and together they allow it to reach a top speed of 20 knots. Not visible from anywhere else on board is the main suite's adjoining private deck, one of the ship's most outstanding features. Pelorus has gone through many different owners over the years. Hollywood billionaire David Geffen once owned it; before that, a Saudi Arabian businessman sold it to Roman Abramovich.

9 Al Said – $300 million

The Al Said is owned by the Sultan of Oman and is the seventh longest in the world at over 159 meters, as reported by Boat International. Super Yacht Times reports that Al Said can accommodate up to 70 guests and more than 150 crew members. This is something not everyone can afford, thankfully, there are tons of expensive yachts that one can rent. The yacht, named for the late Sultan of Oman Qaboos Bin Said Al Said, is rumored to have an unidentified member of the Omani royal family. Little information about its plush amenities is available, although its performance hall can fit a 50-piece orchestra.

8 Radiant – $320 million

Lurssen launched this high-end motor yacht built in 2009. The boat currently belongs to Abdulla Al Futtaim, a multimillionaire in the United Arab Emirates. Two MTU, 16V 1163 TB73L engines are under the hood, each producing 8715 horsepower. The yacht's top speed is 21 knots, and it can reach that speed quickly. The 96,000-gallon fuel capacity of the Radiant is remarkable.

The Radiant is undoubtedly impressive as the 32nd largest luxury yacht in the world. It has enough room to accommodate 20 guests and 44 staff members. The Radiant has a gym, sauna, steam room, sauna, massage room, swimming platform, tender garage, movie theater, air conditioning, and jacuzzi on the deck. It has been stated that the ship is armed with a strong water cannon that can fend off attacks.

7 A or Motor Yacht A –$323 million

Although the Motor Yacht A's name isn't particularly creative, the ship itself is 400 feet in length and features an innovative design. Blohm + Voss of Hamburg created this extravagant yacht for Russian oligarch Andrey and his wife, Aleksandra Melnichenko, in the style of a stealthy warship or submarine.

The Motor Yacht A is, as predicted, a paragon of luxury just like Tiger Woods' $20 million superyacht. There are six guest bedrooms, which guests can turn into four larger cabins thanks to the boat's moveable walls, and the main bedroom and disco measure 2,500 square feet.

6 Serene – $330 million

EspenOeino, a world-renowned yacht designer, was responsible for engineering and designing the yacht's stunning appearance while they hired Reymond Langton Design to create luxurious interiors. They constructed this high-end boat in Italy in August of 2011. Yuri Shefler, a Russian vodka magnate, commissioned Fincantieri, an Italian shipyard, to build it to his specifications.

The Serene is an 8321-ton ship that is 439.4 feet long, 60.844 feet wide, and has a good beam of 10 feet. It is powered by a pair of screws, a big selling point. Up to 24 passengers and 52 staff members can rest comfortably. One of the world's largest super yachts, Serene can carry up to 64 passengers.

5 Dubai – $350 million

Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei commissioned the Dubai from Blohm + Voss and Lürssen shipyards more than a decade before the ship's launch in 2006. Platinum Yachts bought it for His Highness Sheik Mohammed Rashid al-Maktoum, who had its lavish interior designed.

The boat's most luxurious features are the sun decks, jacuzzis, and pool with intricate hand-tiled designs. The circular glass steps of the magnificent staircase change color with the sunlight streaming in from the upper deck. The interior is similarly adorned with handmade mosaics of intricate patterns.

4 Motor Yacht A+ – $527 million (formerly known as Topaz)

Topaz has an overall length of 147 meters, a beam of 21 meters, and a gross capacity of 11,589. The dual Pielstick diesel technical marvel has an impressive 7990 HP engine, allowing it to pull at a service speed of 22.9 knots with a maximum speed of almost 25.5 knots.

Power for the Topaz's stabilizers, other onboard electronics, and the ship's navigational systems comes from two diesel generators. In case of emergency, a diesel generator is included.

3 Azzam – $600 million

The 179-meter yacht has held the title of largest private yacht since 2013. The German shipyard Lürssen Yachts created a technologically advanced floating work of art. Azzam has a missile defense system and a bulletproof main suite. This boat is so well-balanced that even at full speed, the chandelier in the interior remains unruffled.

In addition, the total 35,048 kW output of its four engines makes it one of the world's fastest yachts, allowing it to reach speeds of up to 30 knots.

2 Eclipse – $1.5 billion

Eclipse was constructed in Hamburg by Blohm + Voss and is 536 feet long, making it the second largest ship in the world. The enormous size of the Eclipse is due to the boat's loads of luxurious amenities. This includes 24 guest cabins, two swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, a disco hall, three launch boats, two helicopter pads, and a mini-submarine that can dive as deep as 50 meters.

Additionally, the main bedroom and bridge of the yacht have fitted armor plates and bulletproof windows for optimal security, and the Eclipse is equipped with intruder detection systems and a missile defense system.

1 History Supreme – $4.8 billion

Stuart Hughes created the superyacht History Supreme for a mysterious Malaysian billionaire whom Forbes suspects to be Robert Kuok, founder of the Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts company, with a net worth of $12 billion. The superyacht has a meteorite rock sculpture and a Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton statue. The master cabin is adorned with a 68-kilogram, 24-karat-gold Aquavista Panoramic Wall Aquarium

The ship's liquor bottle displays a rare 18.5-carat diamond estimated to be worth $45 million on its own. Last but not least, among the numerous lavish amenities on the History Supreme, the world's priciest yacht, is an iPhone encased in 500 cut diamonds. Guests may customize the home button with one of two diamonds weighing 7.4 or 8 carats.

Intel Demos Sapphire Rapids Hardware Accelerator Blocks In Action At Innovation 2022

With Intel’s annual Innovation event taking place this week in San Jose, the company is looking to recapture a lot of technical momentum that has slowly been lost over the past couple of years. While Intel has remained hard at work releasing new products over the time, the combination of schedule slips and an inability to show off their wares to in-person audiences has taken some of the luster off the company and its products. So for their biggest in-person technical event since prior to the pandemic, the company is showing off as much silicon as they can, to convince press, partners, and customers alike that CEO Pat Gelsinger’s efforts have put the company back on track.

Of all of Intel’s struggles over the past couple of years, there is no better poster child than their Sapphire Rapids server/workstation CPU. A true next-generation product from Intel that brings everything from PCIe 5 and DDR5 to CXL and a slew of hardware accelerators, there’s really nothing to write about Sapphire Rapids’ delays that hasn’t already been said – it’s going to end up over a year late.

But Sapphire Rapids is coming. And Intel is finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel on those development efforts. With general availability slated for Q1 of 2023, just over a quarter from now, Intel is finally in a position to show off Sapphire Rapids to a wider audience – or at least, members of the press. Or to take a more pragmatic read on matters, Intel now needs to start seriously promoting Sapphire Rapids ahead of its launch, and that of its competition.

For this year’s show, Intel invited members of the press to see a live demo of pre-production Sapphire Rapids silicon in action. The purpose of the demos, besides to give the press the ability to say “we saw it; it exists!” is to start showing off one of the more unique features of Sapphire Rapids: its collection of dedicated accelerator blocks.

Along with delivering a much-needed update to the CPU’s processor cores, Sapphire Rapids is also adding/integration dedicated accelerator blocks for several common CPU-critical server/workstation workloads. The idea, simply put, is that fixed function silicon can do the task as quickly or better than CPU cores for a fraction of the power, and for only a fractional increase in die size. And with hyperscalers and other server operators looking for big improvements in compute density and energy efficiency, domain specific accelerators such as these are a good way for Intel to deliver that kind of edge to their customers. And it doesn’t hurt either that rival AMD isn’t expected to have similar accelerator blocks.

Rich Little Universe Of Rocky Mountains: A Look At Cristiano Ronaldo's Private Island Near Madeira Coast

Many people consider Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo the best football player of all time, and he is on track to earn over $1 billion from his salary and sponsorships. Regarding professional athletes, Cristiano Ronaldo is the third-highest paying player and is loved by many because of some of his philanthropic ventures. His moniker, CR7, is the name of a fashion business he owns and operates in addition to his professional soccer career with Manchester United and the Portugal national team.

His estimated wealth is $690 million, and what does he do with it? He bought an island like any other wealthy person. Since not everyone can afford to own their island, the news of Cristiano Ronaldo purchasing one caused a media frenzy. According to Business Insider, the football player likely spent between $3.4 million and $55 million on the island, while the exact cost is unknown.

RELATED: CR7 Real Estate: These Are Most Expensive Homes Owned By Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo's new island is near Madeira's coast, one of Portugal's two autonomous regions. Madeira is a rich little universe of Rocky Mountains and verdant slopes smacked by Atlantic surges off the coast of Africa, and its geography and culture are genuinely unique. Residents of the capital city take great pride in their yearly flower, organ, philharmonic, and wine festivals, as well as the parade of hundreds of meticulously restored historic cars that are often passed down through families. Although the mountain is not included in the 10 most intimidating mountains in the world.

Finding your way around the island was a chore until lately. This nation of mountains and rough coastlines featured dangerous routes and few safe harbors. The locals had to travel over steep and rocky mountain trails to visit their neighbors in the neighboring valleys. The modern road system resembles Switzerland's, with many tunnels and elevated roadways. Engineering has made it possible to cut straight through mountains rather than climb them, making it easy to get from the southern to the northern coast.

Five million years ago, volcanic eruptions formed the island, but people didn't revisit it until 1419, when Portuguese ships began making the journey. During this time, explorers like Henry the Navigator, Bartolomeu Dias, Vasco da Gama, and Ferdinand Magellan set sail from Portugal to discover new parts of the world.

Black sand beaches are scarce on this island, but plenty of trees exist. There are tons of stunning beaches in the world but the beach on the island is exclusively owned by Ronaldo. Since flat land is low, Contractors built the additional runway at Funchal Airport on piers over an existing shipyard. However, the island's seven picturesque cable cars use the island's terrain to provide passengers with breathtaking views of the island's mountains. Misty, serrated ridges hidden in greenery are a common sight.

Barnaby Lane of Insider claims that Ronaldo is worshiped like a demi-god on his island. Tourists can't help but notice the island was designed with Cristiano Ronaldo in mind, from the airport to their contemporary hotel. The Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport (Madeira) in Santa Cruz serves as the primary access point to the island.

The major European airlines utilize it frequently. It's hard not to be impressed with the airstrip, an awe-inspiring feat of civil engineering. The Madeira International Airport is without peer among the island's artificial landmarks. The airport honors Cristiano Ronaldo, a native of Madeira and one of the sport's all-time greats. In 2017, at the airport's renaming ceremony, a now-infamous bust of Ronaldo was unveiled.

Because of its strategic remote location and impressive runway design, this airport is among the world's riskiest. In 2004, the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering honored it with its Outstanding Structure Award. According to the History Channel's Most Extreme Airports, it is the ninth most dangerous airport in the world and the third most dangerous airport in Europe. Landing at an airport requires pilots to complete additional training.

There is a statue of Ronaldo at a public plaza called Praça CR7. He received the Regional Government's highest honor, the CordoAutonómico de Distinço. The sculpture was created by Madeira-born sculptor Ricardo Veloza and installed in Funchal's Praça do Mar as part of a joint endeavor between the Jornal da Madeiraand Funchal's CR7 Museum. Tourists can find the Pestana CR7 Hotel in Funchal's, the capital of Madeira, the central plaza.

Everything about the island is incredible, not just the Ronaldo-themed hotel, airport, and square, but most importantly, the seven-story Funchal mansion Ronaldo reportedly built in 2020. Having fallen in love with the estate's stunning sea view and features like two Olympic-sized swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a football pitch, Ronaldo is rumored to have dropped roughly $7.4 million to reclaim the dream home for himself and Georgina.

Ronaldo purchased the building in 2015 from local designer Nini Andrade Silva for an undisclosed fee. The structure is located near the luxury Savoy Hotel and at the entrance to the harbor of Funchal. After the renovations were finished in 2019, he moved back with his mother and brother Hugo, who runs the nearby CR7 Museum.

Yeezy Fever: The 10 Most Expensive Yeezy Shoes Ever Sold

Kanye West began his journey in Hollywood by working for Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records, and his unique beats made him an in-demand producer. Jay-Z appreciated his efforts by putting him on a track for The Blueprint 2, calling him Kan-Yeezy. The moniker Yeezy that West grew to love eventually became the name of a billion-dollar brand. With the release of his debut album, The College Dropout, Kanye West became a sensation for his music and fashion. He began working with Nike to produce Yeezy 1, which first made an appearance during his 2008 Grammys performance before launching in 2009.

After facing a lack of control over releasing his collections at Nike, Kanye West moved to Adidas in 2013 and began their working relationship in 2015. West has shown his creativity and innovation with designs that have become sought-after sneakers everywhere. Let’s take a look at the most expensive Yeezy shoes ever sold.

10 Adidas Yeezy Boost 950M Duckboot Chocolate ($1,700)

Yeezy Season 1 arrived in October 2015, and along with it came a unique pair of sneakers designed by Kanye West. A rare combination of a military and duck boot, the 950 M was created with ballistic mesh, suede, and rubber, all in the same shade of chocolate brown. The monochromatic shoes were made in limited numbers.

9 Adidas Yeezy Boost 750 Grey/Gum ($2,500)

The hype was real when Kanye West dropped his Adidas Yeezy Boost 70 in the Grey/Gum colorway in June 2016. According to GQ, West designed the shoes with Earth tones, and the kicks have a grey suede body with gum soles that glow in the dark. The unique silhouette Yeezys retailed at $350 during its release but is five times more expensive now.

8 Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 MoonRock ($3,330)

One of the last colorways released for the Boost 350 during the Yeezy seasons era apparel, the first images of the sneakers were not released through a public announcement but were seen on West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s Instagram post. Created in shades of agate grey and moonrock, the colorway was only available in stores that sold Yeezy Season One apparel exclusively.

7 Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Pirate Black ($3,400)

The Boost 350 in Pirate Black was first released in 2015, and after a strong response, a restocked edition hit the stores a year later. The original designs had upper halves made from PrimeKnit with a blacked-out body and visible red stitching. Much to the fans’ delight, Adidas announced that the colorway will return for retail purchase in 2023.

6 Nike Air Yeezy 1 Zen Grey ($5,000)

Released in 2009 during the lucrative relationship between Kanye West and Nike, the Yeezy 1 was the first collection dropped. The shoes were futuristic during their release, and the vamp had a strap running over it. West used a combination of suede and leather with the iconic Nike swoosh and YEEZY printed at the heel strap, as noted by HypeBeast.

5 Nike Air Yeezy 2 NRG Solar Red/Black ($6,000)

Three years after the success of Yeezy 1, Kanye West launched Yeezy 2 in 2012. Available in solar red and black shades, the new model had a refined structure with an anaconda textured side panel, molded rubber heel, and references to Egyptology. Similar to the previous collection, the NRG also came with a glow-in-the-dark sole.

4 Nike Air Yeezy 2 NRG Wolf Grey/ Pure Platinum ($9,100)

A unique structure that dabbles between fashion and sports, the Yeezy 3 NRG in the grey shades came with a molded heel and large ridges to elevate the design. Launched in 2012, the sneakers had a subdued outlook with a snakeskin texture and a contrasting popping red color on the collar of the body.

3 Nike Air Yeezy 1 in Net Tan ($10,000)

Released alongside the Yeezy 1 in Zen Grey, the Net was the last colorway released. As mentioned by Goat, standing true to its name, the shoe came with a beige leather upper body and a contrasting off-white leather strap. The two-tone midsole was a borrowed design by the Air Jordan 3 collection. The black suede toe wrap has the word Y printed with a glossy finish.

2 Nike Air Yeezy 2 SP Red October – ($11,400)

The Nike Air Yeezy 2 SP Red October marked the last collaboration between Kanye West and Nike before he moved over to Adidas. The rapper was often seen wearing the sneakers, most notably during his 2013 SNL performance. After a long wait, the Red October colorway was released, but only 50 units were produced and sold, making them his rarest designed shoes ever.

1 Grammy Worn Nike Air Yeezy 1 Prototypes ($1.8 million)

Michael Jordan set the record in 2020 by auctioning his 1985 Air Jordans at Christie’s for a bid of $615,000. West’s Nike Air Yeezy 1 Prototype sneakers worn during the 2008 Grammy performance went up for auction at Sotheby’s and were purchased for $1.8 million, as stated by The Guardian. The all-black sneakers were acquired by a sneaker investment marketplace Rares.

Other expensive Yeezys include Adidas Yeezy Boost 750 OG, Adidas Yeezy 500, and Yeezy Foam Runner. Through his working relationship with Adidas, Kanye West has created futuristic designs that have given the tough competition in the sneaker world, as Yeezys have become a high-end commodity everywhere.

Lil Wayne Lists His Modern Miami Mansion For $29 Million

Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has sold more than 120 million records over the course of a decades-long career that has seen him release 13 studio albums and win five Grammys. His hits include “A Milli,” “The Motto” and “Lollipop.” On the business side, he serves as chief executive of the record label he founded, Young Money Entertainment.

American rapper, singer, songwriter and record executive Lil Wayne is celebrating 40 years of life today, and apparently wants to shed some serious real estate because he just listed the Miami mansion he built in 2017.

Lil Wayne settled down in Hidden Hills last year, dropping $15.4 million on a modern farmhouse on three acres. Now the rapper is shopping around his home on the other side of the country, listing a Miami Beach mansion for $29.5 million.

The Hip Hop megastar is looking for a sizable come-up asking $29 million for the lavish 7 bedroom, 11 bathroom palace after originally paying $16.8 million. That being said, future buyers can't say they won't get their money's worth.

His West Coast home has a bit more space, but the East Coast home offers a prime location. It spans half an acre on Allison Island, a 35-acre island filled with luxury homes on Biscayne Bay. To take advantage of the waterfront setting, there's a tropical backyard with a swimming pool, cabana, private dock and 110 feet of water frontage.

You’ll be greeted with a custom mahogany entryway that flows to an impressive great room, finished with an eye-catching fireplace and sliding doors that open to the backyard. The home also includes a dining room, which connects to a family room, an eat-in gourmet kitchen, high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and access to a courtyard full of greenery.

Tucked behind gates, the estate features an impressive entry with double doors at the end of a floating walkway over water. The exterior is wrapped in wood and glass, and the same design palette continues inside, where vast, minimalist spaces boast clean lines and 22-foot ceilings.

The 10,278-square-foot floor plan holds seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including a primary suite with a private terrace. For amenities, there’s a movie theater, wine cellar, elevator and outdoor patio surrounded by garden walls.

The floating staircase leads to the second floor, which holds the 2,500-square-foot main retreat. The room is equipped with a sitting area, expansive private terrace, a walk-in closet and dual bathrooms. The backyard takes you to a tropical-inspired oasis that hosts a large pool, an open-air cabana with its own kitchen and bath, as well as plenty of spots to lounge and soak up the Miami sun.

Wayne's living in the California Hidden Hills these days after moving close to Kylie Jenner last year. He just celebrated his 40th birthday in L.A. with plenty of famous pals.

The Miami property was listed by Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman.

“With a very limited supply in the ultra-luxury market and a high demand for new homes on Miami Beach, 6480 Allison Road checks all the boxes for today’s discerning buyers looking for the ultimate waterfront property,” Matz told Robb Report via email

P Diddy Sued By Kim Porter’s Alleged Niece After A Wrongful Termination

American rapper, singer, record producer, record executive, actor, and entrepreneur P Diddy is being targeted in a lawsuit. This isn’t just any bit of litigation; the person taking Diddy to court is only known by “Jane Roe” in documents, stated TMZ, but in a follow-up, a “source” claimed the woman wasn’t telling the truth.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is being sued by Kim Porter's niece who claims she was wrongfully terminated after she told him she got pregnant and needed to take maternity leave.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman referred to as Jane Roe who identifies herself as Kim's niece is suing Diddy, Tri Star Sports, and others, claiming she became a full-time nanny to Diddy's twins after Kim passed away in November 2018. Jane says she was then fired 2 years later when she requested maternity leave.

Kim Porter, who unexpectedly passed away in November 2018, was Diddy’s ex and mother to three of his children. Roe—who stated that she is the late mom of four’s niece—suggested that the day after Porter passed, Diddy asked her if she could move in and become a full-time, around-the-clock nanny to his twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie James

Jane says she got pregnant in August 2020 and told Diddy she needed to take maternity leave but says Diddy was "infuriated" and terminated her employment around the time she was set to begin her time off.

RELATED: Angelina Jolie Sues Brad Pitt For $250 Million Due to Winery

Roe claims she was told through Diddy's reps she was canned because she was pregnant and unmarried -- which "purportedly set a bad example" for his daughters.

Diddy’s spokesperson released a statement, “This lawsuit is a meritless shakedown to extort money from Mr. Combs. Raven is not the niece of Kim Porter as she falsely alleges; nor is there any legal basis for this case to be filed under the anonymity as a ‘Jane Doe’. Raven was a part time babysitter to the twins who Mr. Combs kept on the job back in 2018 to provide continuity for the twins following the untimely death of their mother. Mr. Combs graciously permitted Raven to live in his home with her son and treated them like ‘family’.

They continue, “Her babysitting services were always intended to be temporary especially since the girls were getting older and spending most of the day at school. In fact, Raven’s transition out of her role was planned and agreed to by her long before she even mentioned that she was pregnant. Mr. Combs will take swift and immediate action to protect his family against these false claims.”

A source close to Diddy tells us the woman was not terminated because she was pregnant, and that she was terminated for cause.

10 Justin Bieber Hits That Topped The Billboard Hot 100

A multi-instrumentalist since childhood, Justin Bieber learned to play the trumpet, piano, and guitar from a young age. During a singing competition, he sang So Sick by Ne-Yo, which was uploaded by his mother on YouTube for friends and relatives to see. After uploading various covers, it caught the eye of Scooter Braun, who later arranged a meeting between him and Usher. He released a two-part album, My World and My World 2.0, which debuted at the top spot, and his single Baby sold over 15 million singles. While the initial albums of Justin Bieber were fun pop tracks, his music became lyrically inclined and mature with Purpose, that only increased his popularity.

With over eight No.1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and multiple albums that reached Billboard 200, Justin Bieber has released some of the most popular summer tracks and laid-back funk-pop singles that audiences enjoy. Let’s look at the Justin Bieber hits that topped the Billboard Hot 100.
