Britney Spears Buys A New Puppy After Settling Custody Of Her Dogs With Sam Asghari

Britney Spears is currently settling the terms of her divorce from Sam Asghari, after he filed to dissolve their marriage after 14 months. One of the recent subjects the couple settled was custody of their 5 dogs only For Britney to buy herself a new puppy after the decision was final.

According to court documents, Sam won custody of the Doberman, Porsha, which he bought as protection in 2021.

Conversely, Spears has been granted custody of the remaining four dogs: a breed of Australian Shepherd known as Sawyer, a Yorkshire Terrier named Hannah, along with two other smaller canine companions.

Britney introduced her new puppy – a fluffy, white pooch – via Instagram. “Introducing Snow … the new edition to the family … it’s her world and we just live in it,” she captioned a video of the puppy running around her legs.

The estranged couple are reportedly “happy” with the arrangement, despite previous reports that Britney was unwilling to give up custody of any of her pooches.

Though he cited “irreconcilable differences” in his filing, Sam reportedly filed for divorce under the belief Britney has been cheating on him with a staff member. However, there’s been speculation that Sam wants to challenge the terms of their prenup.

“[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party,” court documents filed by Sam’s legal team stated, leading some to believe he’s questioning what he’s entitled to.

"There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time,” the filing went on.

The Iranian native is apparently only entitled to $1 million after 2 year of marriage, to be capped at $15 million after 10 years together. But since the pair were only married for a little over a year, Sam may get nothing from the divorce.

“[Sam is] attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid,” an insider claimed to Page Six. “So that’s what Sam is focused on.

Sam has denied the speculation that he’s challenging the prenup, releasing a statement through his representative.

“There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos,” his rep said. “However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”

Sam and Britney’s divorce remains ongoing.

Kroy Biermann Files To Divorce Kim Zolciak A Second Time Over Financial Problems

Only months after reconciling, Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak once again amid ongoing financial difficulties. Kroy refiled for divorce on August 24^th, after the pair announced a reconciliation last month and had the court dismiss their initial divorce request.

The former NFL star is asking for alimony, child support, and spousal support in addition to sole legal and physical custody. Moreover, Kroy is asking for the exclusive use of their marital home.

Kim and Kroy originally filed for divorce in May after 12 years of marriage. In Kim’s court documents, she described their relationship as "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."

In addition to spousal support, she was seeking primary physical custody of their minor kids as well as joint legal custody.

The estranged pair are parents to four underage children: the 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane, 10-year-old son Kash, and 11-year-old Kroy Jr. Kroy also adopted Kim’s older daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, shortly after they married.

The pair’s divorce announcement came only days after it was revealed the pair owed $1 million in back due taxes.

"There's no cheating on either side. The money has a lot to do with the split, but there were other factors," a source told PEOPLE following their first divorce announcement. "He's been managing [the family] for a long time, so he technically did have a job. They're not on good terms right now."

Their Atlanta mansion had also gone into foreclosure earlier in the year after they defaulted on a bank loan from 2012, even though Kim denied for months they were losing the home.

"She is telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out," a different insider told PEOPLE in February. "She's not moving."

In his initial filing, Kroy argued that Kim’s alleged gambling problem was to blame for the dissolution of their marriage.

Court documents at the time revealed Kroy’s allegations that Kim has displayed "troubling behavior" in the lead-up to their divorce. He asserts Kim developed a "compulsion" for online gambling games, a habit that has inflicted severe financial repercussions on their family.

Kroy further claimed Kim's addiction is worsened by underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder, or ADHD.

So far, Kroy and Kim have not commented on their second divorce filing.
