Rihanna Buys A Luxurious $13.8 Million Mansion In Beverly Hills

At 33-years old and with multiple businesses underway at once, Rihanna shows no sign of slowing down in her pursuit of fulfillment in life. This time, she snatched an exquisite mansion at 1953 Heather Road in Beverly Hills for $13.8 million. Believe it or not, this is the second mansion she owns in the Beverly Hills area, as she purchased another one for $10 million right next door. That's a great way to make your presence felt in the neighborhood!

The California home was originally priced at $14.8 million when it was put on the market in September 2020 by the Eric Haskell Group real estate agency, but Rihanna was given a discount of $1 million for her consideration. The grandiose home is tailor-made for comfort and exclusivity, with lush greenery and a maintained garden, something Rihanna would appreciate being an island girl.

Seated on 2,000 square meters of land is the minimalist-style house that now belongs to one of the few new official billionaires of 2021 - Rihanna. Even though it's built without the copious features of the ideal mansion, the structure still spans over 700 square meters. Therefore, the interior, as well as the exterior, has plenty of living space, with spacious rooms, each with a clear view of the embellished garden, and seven bathrooms. It's safe to say that she won't have any issues letting a few friends crash over after a wild night of partying! The home is actually designed for entertaining, featuring an open living room interior, a detailed kitchen, and French oak floors covering every room. The central courtyard is ideal for hosting a private home function, with multi-level outdoor decks, a large pool, spa, and barbecue area.

One may wonder how Robyn Rihanna Fenty, a Caribbean girl from St. Michael, Barbados, is able to afford not just one, but multiple luxurious homes, both in and outside the U.S. While she may be internationally known for multiple catchy pieces of music hits like Diamond, Umbrella, We Found Love, and Don't Stop The Music, her wealth doesn't stem primarily from her music career. She is also a successful businesswoman with a net worth of $1.7 billion, even surpassing the Queen, Beyoncé. Forbes even dubbed her the "richest female musician" in August 2021. Amassing her finances in ventures like her Fenty Beauty make-up brand and the Savage X Fenty lingerie brand, she has all but dominated the women's accessory industry. And with the houses she has purchased, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that she's making wise investments in real estate as well.

With all that said, the world can expect much more in the future from this young and ambitious musical entrepreneur.
