Kaley Cuoco Gets A Change Of Scenery With Taylor Lautner's Old Pad

Apparently, Hollywood is a small world after all, as Kaley Cuoco is moving into Taylor Lautner’s old home. The Flight Attendant star scooped up the estate after selling the mansion she once shared with her soon-to-be ex-husband Karl Cook.

According to Dirt, the actress purchased the Agoura Hills, California home for $5.25 million from the Twilight actor. She paid slightly over asking price, as Taylor was originally seeking only $5 million for the property.

The publication describes the home as a “boxy, two-story concrete and glass show palace perched on a slight knoll that allows it wrap-around views of the craggy mountains.”

The estate is only 40 miles away from downtown Los Angeles, and only 25 miles from Kaley’s hometown of Camarillo.

With over 5,000 square feet of living space, the home comes with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sits on almost 9 acres of land, which explains the variety of outdoor amenities, including a built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, multiple fire pits, a bocce ball court, and an open-air cabana with a kitchenette.

Though pricey, Kaley’s latest real estate investment is considerably less than the modern farmhouse she offloaded earlier this month.

According to Architectural Digest, the Hidden Hills estate fetched $16 million, which is a significant profit compared to the $11.75 million she and her then-husband paid for the property two years ago. The pair bought the farmhouse shortly after it was constructed. It features 11,000 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The couple’s decision to sell the home after only a few years living in it comes months after they announced their intent to divorce.

“Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions,” the couple said in a joint statement last September, Us Weekly notes.

“We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together,” they continued. “There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.”

Kaley and Karl started dating in 2016, the same year she divorced her first husband Ryan Sweeting. The pair later wed in 2018. The couple’s divorce has not yet been finalized, but they reportedly signed an iron-clad prenup prior to getting hitched.

While Kaley is estimated to have a net worth of $100 million thanks to her roles in hit shows like The Big Bang Theory (2007-2019) and The Flight Attendant (2020-present), Karl is an accomplished equestrian who’s the son of billionaire businessman Scott D. Cook.
