Blac Chyna Isn’t Done Suing The Kardashians Yet

Blac Chyna may have just lost her multi-million-dollar defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenners, but she’s not backing down just yet. According to her attorney, the former reality star has plans to appeal the decision.

Chyna originally filed the lawsuit in 2017 following the cancellation of Rob & Chyna. She accused the Kardashian-Jenner family of defaming her as well as interfering with her contract with E! Network. Some reports said Chyna was hoping to win at least $100 million in damages and lost future earnings.

On May 2nd, the jury declared the famous family was not guilty of the grievances Chyna was claiming. However, Chyna’s lawyer says the jury focused on the wrong thing, giving them room to appeal.

“Two things. Number one, the jury found that Chyna had not physically abused Rob Kardashian,” Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, explained outside the court, Page Six reports.

“Number two, the jury found that all four defendants intentionally interfered with [Chyna’s] contracts with the E! Network. We will appeal the remainder of the verdict,” the lawyer continued.

Chyna named Kris Jenner and her daughters Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian in the lawsuit, although a judge ruled that Kim was to be dropped from the case days before the verdict came in.

The Kardashian-Jenners have expressed gratitude to the court following the jury’s decision. “We are also grateful for the steady hand of Judge Alarcon in making sure that this was a fair trial,” the family’s attorney Michael Rhodes said to Hollywood Life. “The jury sent a clear message to Ms. White and her lawyer — I hope they are listening,” he continued. “Justice has prevailed.”

Chyna is currently pursuing a separate lawsuit against Rob Kardashian for releasing nude photos of her online during their infamous break-up. Rob and Chyna became engaged and welcomed their daughter, Dream, in 2016 before breaking-up in December of the same year.

Earlier this year, Rob announced he was dropping a lawsuit he filed against Chyna. "My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial," he said in a statement.

However, the former couple continue to fight about custody as well as child support. In March, Chyna slammed Rob as well as Tyga, the father of her older child, via social media for allegedly failing to financially support their kids.

"Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I'm a MAMA,” Chyna tweeted.

Rob and Tyga both took to social media to refute Chyna’s claims they don’t financially provide, with both fathers saying their children are with them most of the time.
