Blac Chyna's Mom Begs For Money Online To Sue Kardashians Again

Blac Chyna may have lost her defamation case against the Kardashians, but she’s not backing down yet. In fact, the reality star’s mother Toni Tokyo is spearheading her effort to appeal the court’s decision – and she’s looking to her daughter’s fans for help.

Toni – whose real name is Shalana Hunter – has started a fundraiser on GoFundMe. She titled the campaign “Cheering for Blac Chyna,” and included a photo of herself hugging her daughter.

The fundraiser hopes to raise $400,000 to go towards Chyna’s legal costs as she attempts to appeal the court’s decision. So far, the campaign has raised a little over $1,000 from 71 donors.

The comments reveal that many donors offered money simply so they could leave Chyna and her family a message, with many people urging her to give up.

“I shared because I don’t think there was any other way to tell Chyna and her mom to give it up!” Chrishna Allen wrote. “Money is not all and this fund thing is giving very selfish and greedy!”

Similarly, Cynthia Lunny wrote, “I donated just so I could say this. You are suing people for money when you have money for doing nothing. She continued, “And now that you lost you are asking hard working people to pay for you to try and get free money from them again, so you don't have to work.”

It was announced on Monday that a jury cleared the Kardashian-Jenner family of any wrongdoing in the defamation case.

During the weeks-long case, Chyna’s mother wasn’t allowed inside the courtroom. As per Page Six, the Kardashian-Jenners previously requested that Toni be barred based on threats she made against the family on social media. Their request was granted.

Chyna originally launched the lawsuit against Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie in 2017 after Rob & Chyna was cancelled, alleging the Kardashians had interfered with her contract with E! Network. She was seeking over $100 million in damages and lost future earnings.

The mother-of-two currently has a separate lawsuit against her ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, whom she shares 5-year old daughter Dream with.

However, the same day as the court sided with the Kardashian-Jenners, Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, released a statement confirming their intentions to appeal the decision.

“Two things. Number one, the jury found that Chyna had not physically abused Rob Kardashian,” the attorney stated. “Number two, the jury found that all four defendants intentionally interfered with [Chyna’s] contracts with the E! Network. We will appeal the remainder of the verdict.”

It's unclear if Chyna’s legal team has filed paperwork to appeal the decision.

Regardless, the Kardashian-Jenners have expressed gratefulness that the lawsuit is over (for now). “We are also grateful for the steady hand of Judge Alarcon in making sure that this was a fair trial,” the family’s attorney Michael Rhodes stated. “The jury sent a clear message to Ms. White and her lawyer — I hope they are listening,” he continued. “Justice has prevailed.”
