Madison Beer Profits After Hiring ‘Million Dollar Listings’ Stars
Madison Beer is a few million richer after offloading her Los Angeles mansion with the help of the Million Dollar Listings team.
According to TMZ, the singer finalized the off-market sale of her Encino estate earlier this week. Madison made an impressive profit, as the home sold for $7 million – $1.4 million more than she paid in November 2020 for the mansion.
The publication notes that Madison hired Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh and Matt Altman – who are a part of Douglas Elliman – to offload the property. They haven’t commented on the sale so far.
It was first reported in November 2020 that Madison brought the two-story property before it even had a chance to go on the market. The modern farmhouse-style home was built the same day the musician purchased it. According to Dirt, it was constructed by a family of real estate investors.
It features over 6,400 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It came with a two-car garage, a guest house, an outdoor pool and spa, and a poolside cabana with covering. Other features include a chef’s kitchen, movie theatre, and dry bar.
During her time living in the property, some of Madison’s famous neighbours included Selena Gomez, Logan Paul, James Charles, Kelly Clarkson, Tristan Thompson, and Gwen Stefani.
It’s not been publicly revealed whether Madison has invested in a new property.
Madison first rose to fame over a decade ago when Justin Bieber shared a video clip of the then-12-year-old covering one of his songs. Since then, she’s gone on to have a successful music career.
She released her first single “Melodies” In 2013, before her EP As She Pleases debuted in 2018, which included singles like “Dead” and “Home to You.” Her debut studio album Life Support came out in 2021.
Madison previously said she hoped to release the follow-up to Life Support the same year. However, her second album has yet to drop.
Aside from music, Madison has a thriving career on social media. She has 31 million followers on Instagram and 17 million followers on TikTok. Of her career trajectory, she told Business and Tech, “I want to continuously inspire people to pave their own path and realize they can do anything they put their mind to.”
With a reported net worth of $18 million, the singer is clearly doing something right.
