With all the fame and fortune that the group members are earning, it is not surprising that they would buy luxury car brands left and right. Looking at Beatles' co lead vocalist Paul McCartney’s car collection, one can assume that he has passion towards iconic cars. 8 Aston Martin DB5

Paul McCartney has ordered his sierra blue with a black leather interior Aston Martin DB5 upon its release in the summer of 1964. At the time, Beatles member Paul McCartney’s driving ban is almost ending and his band was starting their world tour. At the time he bought the car for about $5,000. He only kept the car only until 1970s and did not specify how much he sold it for. However, years later the car was fully restored and was even repainted in some James Bond silver birch color and changed interior to Mulberry red leather. The said car was auctioned off in 2017 and sold for over $1.3 million.

7 Mini Cooper S DeVille

McCartney bought his Mini Cooper S DeVille when the Brian Epstein, Beatles manager, ordered four cars for each member of the band. The Mini Cooper S DeVille the band bought is far from ordinary as they were modified by Harold Radford & Co who is widely known for their stunning work on Bentleys. The manager of The Beatles has commissioned the British coachbuilding company to work on the Minis of the band members. The final result has given McCartney a beautiful California sage green Mini. His mini came with a pair of extra front-mounted fog lamps and Webasto sliding sunroof. The said car was auctioned off at $190,000 which is a world record for a Mini.

6 Aston Martin DB6

Paul McCartney also owned a stunning DB6 released in 1966. The said car is the successor of the DB5 and has improved on the aerodynamics of the car model. The DB6 was slightly bigger and designed with a grand touring in mind. It also featured a Kammback rear end to give much better luggage space. He also specified a reel to reel tape recorder on his DB6. The said car only lasted to Macca for six years as he sold his car in 1972. One Aston Martin DB6 is selling for about $406,000.

5 Austin Healey 3000

Austin Healey 3000 released in 1966 which was also bought by McCartney. The classic British sports car is infamous in Hollywood as it was the car English singer-songwriter Paul McCartney boarded where he allegedly got into an accident and died. According to the rumor, after storming out and arguing with the band in the Abbey Road studio, he got into his Austin Healey 3000 and as he drove into the night while still under the influence of LSD, he crashed his car as he did not notice a red light and pronounced dead on arrival that morning. Of course this rumor was proven to be just a rumor as Paul McCartney is still alive and kicking to this day. One Austin Healey 3000 can be bought at the moment for the price of $60,000.

4 Lamborghini 400GT

With all the money and fame in the world, it is safe to say that Paul McCartney can just buy any luxury car at the time and upon the release of Lamborghini 400GT in 1967, he bought it immediately. Before the Lambo fever among the celebs, it is only the second car that was released by the famous luxury car brand and 400 GT was Lamborghini's first attempt in creating a rather family friendly grand tourer. It also featured some rear set of seats while still retaining some stunning lines of the original 350. The price for one Lamborghini 400GT is around $455,000.

3 Land Rover Series I 86 Station Wagon

When Paul McCartney married Linda Eastman, the two of them set up a farmhouse and with about 200 acres of land to play around, they decided to buy Land Rover Series I 86 Station Wagon which was released on 1955. The couple even named their Land Rover, Helen Wheels. The McCartney’s Land Rover had so much romantic history and the car suits perfectly as it became British motoring history. Last 2021, Sotherby was able to sell a restored unit of Land Rover Series I 86 Station Wagon for $240,800.

2 Rolls-Royce Corniche

Automobile company Rolls-Royce Corniche was released on 1973 and considered an automotive icon during its time. At the time, it was the iconic car that was driven by the rock stars as well as the royalties. Even the company itself has gushed over the car when it was released. Rolls-Royce named the model Corniche as it symbolizes the higher cruising speeds as well as the ability in order to cover greater distances. One Rolls-Royce Corniche is estimated to be around $110,000 to $140,000.

1 Lamborghini S2 Espada

Despite Paul McCartney owning a 400GT, he still wanted another Lamborghini four seater. He bought the said car that he bought in 1975 is a second-hand series 2 Espada. He was also tempted to buy the car since it was a right-hand drive model and came with a 350bhp 3.9-litre V12. The car also looked like it is something that came from a 1970s sci-fi movie. One Lamborghini S2 Espada can be bought these days for around $120,000.
