The house is Victorian-styled as it’s almost a century old and Julia Roberts bought it back in 2020. The total area that the house is built on is about one acre.

Julia Robert’s explored the area of Kauai, Hawaii, and purchased a brilliant piece of property in 2011 for over 13 million dollars. This property not only had one house but there was a second house completely detached from the former. The entire estate covers about 2 acres of land. There’s a main house and the second house is referred to as the guest house. There are beautifully maintained porches at each house that offer scenic views of Hawaii.

The main house is painted an intense shade of red and has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. This beach house has over 213 feet of beach frontage. However, Julia Roberts sold this property in 2016 for over 28 million dollars.
