A Peek Inside The Luxurious Homes Of 'The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'

Kyle Richards is the only cast member who has been on the show since its first season, while Lisa Rinna has been a regular since season 5. While Dorit Kemsley and Erika Girardi have been regulars for over five years, Garcelle Beauvais brought a fresh wave of energy in 2020 as Kathy Hilton came on as a friend of the show. Each living the life that can make anybody envious, let’s take a look inside the luxurious homes of the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

With Kyle Richards being married to Mauricio Umansky, a luxury real estate broker, it is not a surprise that the reality star has multiple homes under her real estate portfolio. The couple purchased a Bel-Air mansion in 2017, which featured seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. They sold it to move into a stunning cul-de-sac in Encino the same year. According to Dirt, she owns a retreat in Aspen where the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills cast went for a vacation. Owned for over six years, the property is divided into three sections and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The rustic yet modern home has river rock accent walls, exposed log-beam ceilings, and hardwood floors.

Lisa Rinna has one of the most stand-out homes from the cast as it was built and designed by her husband Harry Hamlin in 1986. He lived with his first wife in the home but moved out after marrying the second time. Lisa Rinna gladly moved into the same abode, and the couple has lived happily in the space for more than 28 years. Designed with a French Provincial aesthetic, the abode has five bedrooms with four bathrooms, as noted by The Sun. The home features two seating rooms, an eight-seater dining table, a traditional kitchen, a cozy Master suite, a jacuzzi, and a lush backyard.

In the same Encino neighborhood as Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley owns an opulent home for her family. It is valued at $9.495 million and features six bedrooms with 8.5 bathrooms. The living space spans 8,901 square feet and comes with gated security for optimum privacy. The front porch leads to the entrance, which has a sweeping staircase, access to the large living room, and a disappearing glass wall that leads to the patio. Decorated to perfection, the living space has elegant furniture in shades of black, beige, and gold. Additional recreational rooms include a media room, alfresco dining patio, pool, and a basketball court.

Erika Girardi moved into her husband Tom Girardi’s Pasadena mansion after marriage in 2000. Tom had purchased the property for $1.3 million in 1980. The stunning lot spans 2 acres of land, and the Mediterranean-style stucco takes up 10,200 square feet of space. The home screams luxury from every direction, with four bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The Master Suite has dual walk-in closets, an adjoining bathroom with a salon, and a bathtub. As mentioned by the NY Post, the massive living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with coffered ceilings and a large fireplace. Lit with chandeliers and fountains outdoors, the home also has a small chapel in a separate wing of the house.

Garcelle Beauvais owns the newest home in the group, a Northridge home constructed in 2019. Designed with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Beauvais purchased the property for $1.2 million. The home's main level features the living room, kitchen, and backyard, while the second level has the Master suite with a private balcony, guest quarters, and a game room. In August 2021, she purchased a cottage by the beach for $765,000 and tore down the 1-bedroom 1-bathroom property to construct a two-story beach house for her family.

Valued at $55 million, Kathy Hilton has the most expensive home on the list with her Bel-Air mansion. The white brick three-story mansion blends old and new elements to give it a timeless look. As stated by Architectural Digest, the villa has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an open-plan entertainment section, multiple seating areas, an opulent kitchen, and a butler’s pantry. The library is designed with dark wood that resembles her New York apartment, while the blue-and-white family room reminds her of Southampton, New York. The home is always decorated to the nines during festivities with elegant artifacts and elements.

Other notable cast members of the show who have since left include Yolanda Hadid, Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, and Denise Richards. Using their unique personalities as a blueprint for their homes, each star of the reality series has created the perfect family homes for themselves.
