Ashley Tisdale Seals $5.9 Million Real Estate Deal With Madison Beer
Celebrities love to do business with each other, and Ashley Tisdale and Madison Beer are the latest famous faces to reach a real estate agreement recently.
According to Dirt, Ashley sold her Hollywood Hills home to Madison after less than two years of home ownership. The High School Musical alum made a slight profit on the estate. While she originally paid $4.2 million for it in early 2021, Madison has now bought it for $5.9 million.
It's unclear why Ashley chose to sell the home so quickly. Earlier this year, she gave a home tour for Architectural Digest’s Open-Door series, where she referred to the house as “move-in ready.”
“I didn’t have to do really anything to it, except the furnishing,” she said on-camera.
Ashley also gushed over how much she admired the home. “I fully love this house,” she said at one point during the interview.
The home was originally built in 1923 but features completely modern fixings. It has over 4,400 square feet of living space, including 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It’s a Mediterranean villa-style home, with a variety of luxury features, including a screening room, a wooden barrel sauna, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
Ashley has revealed this was the first home she ever styled without the help of an interior designer, which may have spurred the launched of her interior design company, Frenshe Interiors.
It’s not known where Ashley and her family are moving to next, but she did say to Architectural Digest that having trees is a big priority for future properties.
As for Madison Beer, the musician recently offloaded her Encino mansion for $7 million in favor of Ashley’s luxe estate. Madison hadn’t owned her last property long, either, before making her next home purchase. She originally paid $5.6 million for the two-story home in 2020.
At the time, the property was completely new. The modern farmhouse featured decent backyard space, including a guesthouse, a covered cabana, and a pool with adjoining spa. It also boasted a sophisticated security system.
But it appears Madison didn’t make any major renovations to the home, making her $1.1 million profit a decent sale.
