Kendall & Kylie Jenner’s Mexican Vacation Home Can Be Yours For $15 Million
For anyone looking for a home in Mexico, Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s stunning vacation home, known as Sol de Oriente, just went on the market. But it’ll only cost you a cool $15 million.
According to Architectural Digest, while the reality stars never owned the villa, they did stay in it at the start of 2021. Both Kendall and Kylie uploaded a series of photos showcasing the stunning property. They reportedly spent a pretty penny to stay at the luxe accommodation – $6,500 per night.
The mansion is located in a private resort community called Costa Careyes, located in Jalisco, Mexico. The property contains three structures. The main villa is star-shaped and known as The Castle. It features 3 bedrooms suites and a thousand square feet of open living space.
The property also comes with two casitas, offering an ocean view. Each has a bathroom, bedroom, and its own patio. There’s also a tower with two levels with a bedroom and bathroom.
Not only does the home offer a stunning view of the ocean, but it also has its own pool and plenty of space to relax outdoors.
The home was one of many created by artist and real estate developed Gian Franco Brignone, who enlisted the help of numerous architects to build a series of luxury homes. He intended it to be a hideaway for the rich and famous who appreciated art and bohemian culture.
Brignone’s goal was to “create a new form of architecture, with rounded, feminine walls of ‘elephant skin’ stucco, reminiscent of the Mediterranean, but with sky-high, palapa-style roofs.”
Many celebrities have called the private resort town home, including Tom Ford, Robert De Niro, Mick Jagger and Uma Thurman.
Kendall and Kylie may not own any properties in Mexico at the moment, but the sisters have several homes to their names. In 2020, Kylie bought a $36.5 million mansion in Holmby Hills that comes with an acre of land. With 19,000 square feet of space, it has 7 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
But the makeup mogul is apparently planning to build a dream estate. The same year, she bought an empty plot of land for $15 million, only a short distance away from her mother Kris Jenner and big sister Kim Kardashian’s homes.
The property used to have a 5-bedroom home on it, but Kylie had it torn down. She’s reportedly ascertained permits to build a new home on the plot of up to 18,000 square feet.
