The nu-metal band Limp Bizkit has launched a legal salvo against its longtime record label, Universal Music Group (UMG), claiming $200 million in unpaid royalties. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Central District Court, the band, led by the frontman and lyricist of the group, Fred Durst, alleges that UMG engaged in a calculated scheme to withhold their rightful earnings.
