Jeff and Chelsea Lazkanis marriage may be coming to an end sooner than later, even though they apparently cant agree on a financial settlement. Jeff recently filed a request with the court to officially terminate their marriage, TMZ reports, explaining that despite Chelsea filing for divorce seven months ago, they havent been able to reach an agreement.
