Billionaire casino and resort tycoon Steve Wynn is back at the real estate table, putting his Beverly Hills mansion up for grabs. After nearly a decade of ownership and multiple price adjustments, the 27,000-square-foot mansion in Benedict Canyon is back on the market for $75 million. Wynn first laid his chips on the table in 2015, purchasing the estate from Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano for $47.85 million before giving it a multimillion-dollar facelift.
