The 1829 Federal-style residence at 19 Cranberry Street spans five levels, stretches 7.9 meters wide, and covers over 511 square meters. In the summer of 2022, Schumer and her husband, chef Chris Fischer, acquired the home for nearly $12.25 million after selling their Upper West Side penthouse earlier in 2023.
