Joan Fontaine’s longtime Carmel Highlands retreat, a secluded coastal estate where the spirit of Golden Age Hollywood still lingers, is now on the market for just under $6 million. The property, known as Villa Fontana, served as Fontaine’s residence from the mid-1980s until her passing in 2013.
