Bill Cosby has listed one of his New York properties for $6.99 million as legal and financial pressures continue to close in. The six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse on East 61st Street entered the market on April 16, just four months after the disgraced entertainer was accused of defaulting on a $4.2 million loan secured against the same residence.
