Courtney Love’s first Manhattan address is officially back on the block, asking $9.49 million and a little reverence. The 4,123-square-foot loft at 30 Crosby Street in Soho once belonged to the Hole frontwoman, who bought the raw space in 2001 for $2.64 million. She became its first owner after the building was converted from a manufacturing space into luxury condos.
