David Duchovny Rolls Out Malibu Estate For Buyers At $12.5 Million

David Duchovny is offering up his Malibu estate, a quiet corner of coastal luxury he called home since his days on The X-Files. The Golden Globe winner initially rented the estate in 2000 before purchasing it for $4.75 million in 2016 and is now listing it for $12.5 million after over two decades of ownership. He demolished the previous home on the site and spent an additional $11.7 million to create a custom house measuring roughly 3,580 square feet.
