Kanye West’s stripped-down Malibu hideaway barely had time to gather dust, snatched up in under a week for more than $30 million by an investor group led by Montana-based luxury home developer Andrew Mazzella. He intends to restore the Tadao Ando-designed structure to its original form and list it once again, with a projected price between $55 million and $65 million.
