David Ortiz is swinging for the fences once more, this time with square footage instead of fastballs. The North Pinecrest home he previously owned is back on the market for $11.5 million. The Miami estate is not a newcomer to real estate headlines. Ortiz snapped up the land in 2016 for $1.5 million and completed construction three years later. The estate is tucked behind secure gates and spans more than 10,000 square feet over an acre of landscaped grounds.
