Nearly a year after his death at 94, Bob Newhart’s final home on the Westside of Los Angeles has been listed for sale. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, the legendary comedian and sitcom star took up residence in the Century City property shortly after its construction in 2016 and lived there until July. The estate has now been listed at $10.5 million, nearly twice what the comedian originally paid.
