Bill Cosby has knocked $250,000 off the asking price of his historic Manhattan townhouse as his legal and financial troubles continue to mount. The disgraced actor first listed the 5,000-square-foot Upper East Side property in April for just under $7 million. Now, the price has been reduced to $6.75 million, according to Mansion Global.
