Larry Ellison Beats Zuckerberg To Become Second-Richest In The World

Oracle's co-founder and CTO, Larry Ellison, has vaulted past Meta's Mark Zuckerberg to become the second-richest individual in the world. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Ellison has a net worth of $257 billion after adding $59 billion to his fortune in 2024. The increase was also fueled in large part by a $26 billion gain in June as Oracle shares rose on advancements in cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
