Brad Pitt Scoops Up Spanish-Style Los Angeles Home For $12 Million

Just weeks after his nearby midcentury retreat was reportedly ransacked, Brad Pitt has picked up a Spanish-style estate in the Hollywood Hills for a reported $12 million. The hillside home was originally listed in June 2025 for $14 million by Dave Keuning, guitarist for the chart-topping band The Killers. According to the Wall Street Journal, the couple bought the property in 2021 for $9.6 million from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai.
