Chuck Lorre Drops $28 Million On John Elgin Woolf Home In Los Angeles
Chuck Lorre has snapped up a masterfully restored Los Angeles estate for $27.5 million, sealing the deal a little over five months after it first hit the market. The Bel Air residence was initially listed for $31.5 million and ultimately sold for nearly $4 million less. It was sold by architect Mark Rios and reproductive endocrinologist Guy Ringler, who picked up the dilapidated Bel Air estate four years ago and carried out an extensive renovation.
