Rob Zombie Bags Nearly $9 Million For His Two-House Abode In Los Angeles

Rob Zombie has struck a near-perfect note in real estate, parting with his Laurel Canyon compound for just under the asking price, three months after it hit the market. According to TMZ, the two 1950s residences, which were designed by Robert “Bouler” Thorgusen, sold for $8.9 million to two unnamed buyers, $100,000 less than the listed price of $9 million.
