Bill Cosby Lists Second New York Townhouse For $29M Amid Foreclosure Concerns

Facing mounting financial pressures, embattled star Bill Cosby has listed the second of his two New York City townhouses for $29 million, just eight months after he was accused of defaulting on a $17.5 million loan connected to the property. The towering East 71st Street residence, which comes with six bedrooms on seven stories, went on the market Sept. 14. The first property, located on East 61st Street, was originally listed for $7 million in April, but its price was lowered to $6.75 million over the summer.
