Just a year after snapping it up for $2.72 million, Michael Feinstein and Terrence Flannery are ready to bid farewell to their renovated West Hollywood Hills hideaway, which has now returned to the market with a $4.49 million asking price. The New York Post reports that the 1936-built residence has been fully brought up to date and comes complete with four bedrooms, four baths, and 3,623 square feet of reimagined space.
