Ellen Barkin’s Former Manhattan Townhouse Could Be Yours For $23 Million

Ellen Barkin’s former Manhattan townhouse has returned to the market with a $23 million asking price nearly two decades after she first snapped it up in 2006 for $7.5 million. The red brick residence, located in Greenwich Village, originally dates back to the 1840s and features a 20-foot rear extension designed by I.M. Pei, the renowned architect of the Louvre Pyramid. Barkin acquired the Greek Revival-style home shortly after her divorce from billionaire Ronald O. Perelman.
