The red brick residence, located in Greenwich Village, originally dates back to the 1840s and features a 20-foot rear extension designed by I.M. Pei, the renowned architect of the Louvre Pyramid. Barkin acquired the Greek Revival-style home shortly after her divorce from billionaire Ronald O. Perelman.
