Judy Garland’s Former Cape Cod Rental Hits The Market For $6.8 Million

Judy Garland’s former summer rental in Hyannis Port has returned to the market with an updated asking price of $6.8 million. Located directly opposite the historic Kennedy Compound, the cedar-shingled property was once leased by Garland during the early 1960s, while her daughter, Liza Minnelli, was employed nearby at the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Originally built in 1890, the historic home is in the coastal village of Hyannis Port, covering nearly 1,350 square meters at the corner of Irving and Iyannough avenues.
