Mark Wahlberg has snapped up a waterfront mansion in one of Florida’s most exclusive residential enclaves for $37 million. The property, set within the prestigious Stone Creek Ranch enclave of Delray Beach, spans a coveted stretch known as Billionaires Row. Wahlberg bought the fully furnished Italian-style compound from developer Aldo Stark, who had purchased the estate for $26 million in January and gave it a sweeping renovation before relisting it in March for $45 million.
