After nearly a year on the market, Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera have officially sold their longtime New York City residence for $1.8 million, well below its original $2.5 million asking price. The property had been on the market for eight months when Dreyer and Fichera publicly confirmed their separation. Originally purchased in 2016 for $2.3 million, the two-bedroom, two-bath condo was where Dreyer, Fichera, and their three sons lived as a family.
