IndyCar Legend Michael Andretti Wants $12 Million For His Lakefront Indiana Home

Michael Andretti has listed his lakefront Indiana estate for $12 million, following an ambitious renovation and expansion that began shortly after he purchased the property in late 2016. Located in Fishers, a suburb of Indianapolis, the estate covers more than five gated acres with about 570 feet of waterfront along Geist Reservoir. Andretti and his wife, Jodi, snapped up the original 1990s-era home for close to $2.2 million and proceeded to raze part of it before undertaking a three-year collaboration with builder Rob Annee of The Palladium Group to create a revamped residence.
