Steve Wynn Slashes $10 Million Off His Lavish Beverly Hills Estate

Steve Wynn has taken another swing at the asking price of his Beverly Hills estate, slashing $10 million off the previous price. The estate is currently listed for $65 million, lowered from the previous asking price of $75 million. The new price is less than half of the $135 million it was initially floated for in 2020. Located on Benedict Canyon Drive, the mansion spans 27,000 square feet and has been re-listed multiple times since it was first publicly offered in 2021 at $115 million.
