Billy Joel has pared back his New York real estate portfolio, selling one home and reducing the ask on another. In the same week that a sizable discount was applied to a Long Island estate he first listed in March, the Grammy-winning singer sold his Manhattan condominium. The 1,600-square-foot apartment on Elizabeth Street in Nolita was transferred to his daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, for $4.5 million.
