Disney Set To Invest $1 Billion In OpenAI

Disney will invest $1 billion into OpenAI and grant the artificial intelligence company access to more than 200 characters and intellectual properties from Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars for integration into the Sora video platform. The agreement will run for three years and allows users to prompt the AI model to create custom videos featuring iconic characters like Mickey Mouse, Black Panther, Elsa, and dozens of other familiar faces.
