Palantir CEO Alex Karp Drops $120 Million On Vast Colorado Monastery

Palantir CEO Alex Karp has snapped up one of Colorado's most unorthodox residential listings for a reported $120 million, scooping a sprawling former monastery with over six decades of Trappist history behind it. The property, known as St. Benedict's Monastery in Snowmass, Colorado, had been listed by its longtime religious stewards in July 2024 for $150 million.
