Simpsons Creator Al Jean Lists Classic Manhattan Home For $8.75 Million

The Emmy-winning mind behind decades of The Simpsons, Al Jean, is ready to let go of his prewar Manhattan apartment, which he has now listed for $8.75 million. The seven-room residence occupies the entire 19th floor of a 1938 Art Deco cooperative directly facing Riverside Park. Designed by architect Emery Roth, the building features vertical lines and minimal ornamentation typical of the Art Deco period.
