Bob Dylan's historic Manhattan townhouse has returned to the market with a new asking price of $2.75 million. The Harlem property, once owned by the legendary singer-songwriter, is part of the architecturally preserved Strivers' Row in the St. Nicholas Historic District. Its current listing price is $250,000 below the original $3 million ask made six months earlier.
