Former chief executive officer of The Walt Disney Company, Bob Chapek, made a residential upgrade in 2021, selling his $5.3 million Mediterranean-style villa for a sprawling $12.5 million modern estate in the same guard-gated Westlake Village neighborhood. The property has resurfaced on the market with an asking price of just under $15 million.
