Power couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis has sold their first marital property in Beverly Hills for $10.35 million. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have finally sold the mansion after listing it originally for $13.995 million and then lowered the price and asked for $11.3 million after the first listing but eventually sold it for $10.35 million. According to reports, the couple has already moved to a 6 acre farm just nearby their first marital home.
That ’70s Show alums have purchased the property for $10.215 million in 2014, just five months before they had their daughter, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, who is now seven. The couple then got married in 2015 and has lived in the mansion since getting married before eventually moving into larger land in Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills home the couple together with their two children stays at now is a custom built home sitting on 6 acres of land.
The mansion the couple sold is located above Beverly Hills in Coldwater Canyon on a gated community of the Hidden Valley which was built in 1999. The property has five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms. It also boasts a wine room, sauna, gym and mahogany-paneled office. The luxurious mansion features a pool, outdoor kitchen and a spa. The 7,351 square feet property is a traditional East Coast home which has three-story. Additional amenities of the mansion include a temperature controlled wine room, a wet bar and two fireplaces. The home is also perfect for entertaining guests coming over as the over half an acre of land has an outdoor bar and kitchen with a lot of space for the guests visiting.
The house was listed by Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland with his colleague Drew Fenton while the buyer whose identity was not disclosed was represented by Chris Huddleston of The Sher Group. When asked about the identity of the buyer, Mr. Huddleston did not respond to the media to the requests for comments regarding the sale. Hidden Valley is famous for numerous celebrities owning properties in the area which includes Adele, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lawrence and a lot more. As of 2021, the average home located in the Hidden Valley can sell for about $6.4 million and the most expensive sale recorded at the Los Angeles county property records was sold for $9.95 million.
