The man behind some of our favorite classics like Ghostbusters, Spies Like Us and The Blues Brothers is semi-retired today, but don’t count Dan Aykroyd out of the game just yet.
He has a net worth of $200 million and a history with some of the most famous comedians to date, including Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, John Belushi and John Candy.
Aykroyd is one of the original members of Saturday Night Live (SNL) and created the long-standing Blues Brothers franchise, showcasing his screenwriting, music and acting skills. He co-founded the House of Blues concert venue/restaurant chain and launched Crystal Head Vodka in 2007.
