Blac Chyna Hasn’t Paid Taxes In Years & Has No Bank Account

Blac Chyna’s defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenner family remains ongoing, and both sides have made startling accusations in court. Most recently, Chyna admitted to not paying taxes in several years as well as having no bank account.

According to TMZ, Chyna was put on the witness stand during the second day of cross-examination where she was questioned about her income in addition to a variety of topics. At one point, she revealed she hadn’t filed her taxes since 2018 or 2019 – she couldn’t remember the exact year.

She also admitted the last time she personally filed taxes for one of her businesses (Lashed LLC, 88 Fin, and Blac Chyna Inc.) was in 2015.

Chyna explained that she gets the majority of her income through celebrity appearances and sponsorships. She’ll receive $25,000 for an upcoming boxing match. Chyna said she also receives seven figures for her work on OnlyFans. Despite a million-dollar revenue, Chyna also admitted that she doesn’t have her own bank account.

Chyna originally filed her defamation case in 2016 following the cancellation of Rob & Chyna. The show got the axe shortly after her break-up from Rob Kardashian, whom she shares 5-year-old daughter Dream with.

The reality star claims the Kardashian-Jenner family had a vendetta against her and intentionally got her show fired. The family, however, argues the couple’s messy split (and legal troubles) were the cause of the show’s cancellation.

During her cross examination, Chyna admitted to signing a document that gave her rights away to fight a cancellation in exchange for $100,000.

The document allegedly gave E! Network the right to cancel the show at their discretion – which happened after shooting only four episodes of the second season. In addition to the hundred grand, Chyna received $370,000 for the episodes they did shoot.

"I got the money and did the work," Chyna said in acknowledgement she was paid the funds. However, she said she couldn’t specifically remember signing the document, Yahoo! News reports.

Later on, Chyna addressed an incident in which took Rob’s unloaded gun from his nightstand and pointed it at him – something she doesn’t deny. The mother-of-two argued that she was just being “silly” and wasn’t threatening him harm.

Chyna was also accused of threatening Kylie Jenner’s life when Kris Jenner took the stand. The matriarch said her youngest daughter confided in her that Chyna had made death threats in the past. Rob and Chyna were living with Kylie while filming their reality show and prior to their break-up.
