Russell Wilson & Ciara Buy $25 Million Colorado Mansion, List Washington Estates

Russell Wilson and Ciara may have just listed two of their Washington properties, but they’ve already sealed the deal on a new home – a $25 million mansion in Denver, Colorado.

According to TMZ, the couple’s new estate features over 20,000 square feet of living space and sits on 5.34 acres. The home comes with 12 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Its other features including a 9-car garage, theatre, game room, indoor pool, and indoor basketball court.

It's being reported that the estate is the most expensive, single-family home sold in Denver’s history. Previously, the most expensive homes sold in the area included a Four Seasons penthouse at $16 million as well as Mike Shanahan’s former home, which went for $15.7 million.

The couple’s move comes after Russell was traded to the Broncos last month after his long-time run as a quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks.

With Russell’s career in Seattle over (at least for now), the couple are offloading their properties in Washington state.

This includes their Bellevue property, which they recently listed for $28 million. Russell originally bought the property in 2015 for $6.7 million. The current asking price represents a 318% increase in value.

Russell and Ciara’s Bellevue home features more than 11,000 square feet of living space, including 6 bedrooms. It also comes with a theatre, home gym, dance/yoga studio, recording studio, and basketball court.

The home also isn’t lacking in outdoor amenities. It comes with a private beach and dock, which includes 2 jet ski lifts. It also has a 2-story treehouse, 3 patios, and 12 parking spots.

In its listing, the home’s view is heavily emphasized, offering a peak at the Seattle skyline as well as the water.

"A signature waterfront estate offering elevated living, exquisite design and exceptional views,” it reads. “Bask in bluff-top privacy and beachside fun. Luxury, by the numbers: Main level has flawless 180° views.”

Moreover, the couple also hope to offload a piece of land they own next-door. The undeveloped property is valued at approximately $8 million, Sporting News explains. The pair would like to sell the neighbouring land in conjunction with their Bellevue estate for a total of $36 million.

After his new position with the Broncos was revealed, Russell said he hopes to have many years on the field ahead of him, which could mean another move in the future.

"My goal is to play 10 or 12 more years and hopefully win three, four more Super Bowls, that's the plan,'' he said during a press conference, ESPN reports. "That's the mindset. That's why I came here, to finish my career here and hopefully finish on top as a champion. And do it multiple times.''
